I had to go in an get all my bottom teeth pulled for dentures (11) and I was pleasantly surprised to have the nicest tech and a very calm dentist. Im surprised because Im scared to death of going to the dentist and have had horrible experiences. Thank you western dental for doing it right and relatively painless.

My sister that is in a wheel chair went for examination and everything was fine so they put her on schedule to pull two teeth.My sister was in Extreme pain! So the day of they said we can’t she’s in a wheel chair! Really???REALLY POOR SERVICE

The wait was a little long but what some people fail to realize is that what the Drs. are doing is giving each of us quality care and timeThe oral surgeon and the young lady were very professional and kind.I suffer from anxiety and both of them helped to keep me calm and relaxed..Well as relaxed as you can be when getting your teeth pulled!The office staff are also very nice.

Horrible service. They had me waiting for an hour after my scheduled appointment just for the x ray. Claimed they only had one x-ray room but why schedule 7 patients at the same time with one x ray room. Prior to that we had to wait outside which was okay since covid is going on but for four hours??? in the sun for a dentist appointment. no thank you . GHETTO

I’ve had the worst experience at this dental office. Go find any other place but this is not the one. I’ve been trying to get a root canal treatment for over 10 months. When I first went they were supposed to refer me to a specialist and never did; I called multiple times and they said I should get in the mail and never received any referral. They said they were going to have a specialist today and they could do the root canal at 10am. I got there and they made me wait one hour and 30 min just to tell me they wouldn’t be able to do it and I needed to be referred out to a different place. This place is a joke. Save ur time and money go somewhere else.

This Company as a whole very unethical We had some work done there on payments made every payment on time $6,000 and at the end after I had finished paying them off they hit me with a late fee of $45 by reading their Yelps it looks like Common practice for them went We went in to talk to them about the bill they said that we had made every payment on time using auto pay But we still had to pay the fee otherwise they would put a derogatory mark on my credit Everyone should report them to the Better Business Bureau very crooked company

I had an appointment yesterday at 10:30 a m. And it was 1:30 and still waiting outside, when I asked the front desk girl what happened, she told me today we have ortho patients, and those come first, and I asked her, then why did you schedule me for today? She just said I dont know . This is the worst front desk service . They just dont have responsibility, the only thing they want is MONEY.

With CoVID19 going on, I wouldve tought this location would have sanitizer for customers and sanitizing pens before and after every customer use.Restrooms are really dirty starting from the walls to sink and toilet. Bad odor as well. There was no toilet paper. I I didnt see. Strict enforcements. I didnt see the xray being clean before or after me. Even thought it dosent come in contact with my skin but maybe 1 inch close to my mouth. It had a bad odor as well. I I didnt see the back team change gloves at my turn. Sometimes guest like to see to make sure they are protecting the patients as well. Door handles need to be sanitized after so many people walking in and out.

My dad 90 yrs old never been to dentist. Was treated with care and courtesy. The visit was for extraction with specialist. It was fast and efficient. Thats ok hat my dad likes. Thank you Western Dental for servicing my dad asap.

Henry took his time to asked if I needed water while I was waiting for my child. He acknowledged me waiting and asked if I needed anything. He also dresses very professional and carries himself well.

Very nice staff, but they over book appointments and you still have to wait 30 minutes to be seen. Other than the wait time I appreciate the pretty braces on my daughters teeth. Thank you

Appointment at 1:30 pm on a weekday, got there 10 min. prior to fill out paperwork, still seating in the waiting area at 2:47 pm, there are no line !!Update: left the place at 3:35 pm, cant wait anymore, my longest wait for a simple cleaning. Staff are friendly but my teeth wont get cleaned with friendly staff.

My husband needed a replacement partial, he is terminal and could not eat or speak very well. The wonderful staff came together and made it happen very quickly. I cant thank them enough for making my husband so happy!

My 2 front teeth were so sensitive and cracked. The Doctor said he could put some fillings on both to help with the pain. No other Dentist had offer that. It really helped and my teeth look normal now. Now I show my teeth on pictures!

This is the worst dental clinic, I believe they treated me different since I dont look like them. charging me for service I never got and no one seem to care or listen to me . They are quick to give a care credit with no service. and then ignore your complain or concern.

Stay away from this company and location. I went in for a consultation for braces. Before they even did any x-rays or anything they had a bill for me. I thought that it wasn’t right and decided not to go through with it. They had my card information on file and even though I spoke with two employees and said that I was not going to go through with it and never signed an agreement they took the money out of my account. When I called they acknowledge that it was an unauthorized payment taken from my account but said that it would take 30 days to get my money back. They stole money from me and when I caught it they are making me wait 30 days. They were unkind and didn’t even apologize for their mistake. They only care for the money and not the needs of their patients/customers.

If only I had read all these bad reviews. I took my wife for a consultation and for removing three wisdom teeth and a profound cleaning came around 3,000. My wife had three fillings in the same teeth and I guess they were never done right. Now she is bleeding I need to take her to another place where they can do a better job. Three doctors worked on my wife and none of them did the right job. This place is way expensive when you do not have a insurance and now we are paying all this money. The only good thing was removing the three wisdom teeth but whey you go there with an appointment, they make you wait at least one hour..

Ive had a filling done for the same tooth three times. Ever since theyve done work on a cavity on my lower molar it is always an on and off pain. Now they’re suggesting a crown, money keeps going and going and nothing is getting done right. Have to make another appointment for them to fix it again. Have had a lot of bad experiences here this being one of many.

Appointment for my daughter was at 11 waited until 1230 to get called in to only have a 5 min consult for ortho and wasnt informed they were backed up when i arrived and the wait was that long. Wait time ridiculous

We had a bad experience. I waited 3 years for check up instead of 6 months, that should tell you something.I gave this location one star because of fair job on the part of the Dr and the administration main office.Whomever, they Lost one star for for the long wait. Over 2 hours and still wasnt enough we had to return again because they said they were backed up and only one Dr on the clock. 2nd star lost for not letting us know earlier that they will not be able to complete the work so it took close to 3 hours for cleaning. Another star lost for not allowing me to wait in the car.Sorry but I will not be coming back. Further more, others reviewers who complain about money and how expensive this place is has a point, because when once before my insurance was temporarily suspended, they were almost happy to turn me away.

They leave you in painI had my wisdom tooth extracted. Im 47 years old. So its going to hurt way more then usual. I was given inadequate pain medication. So I returned 2 days later. Was seen, told me I had dry socket. No pain meds given. Come back Friday NO PAIN MEDS GIVEN COME BACK TOMORROW. Fridays no doc to Write scrip. Dry socket and wisdom tooth pulled. MY face IS on fire. AND NO HELP FOR THESE PEOPLE. And this place is dirty. Service is ok not to bad. But set up for doctors. no doctor to write scripts for there patient. Im in pain thanks western dental

They had me waiting 8 months for a direct referral to pull my wisdom teeth which should have been printed out the second I asked for it. Instead they blamed my insurance. And said were waiting on a response . There is no response it’s a direct referal. Some of the girls are rude and clueless of what’s going on in the office and don’t know how to understand how insurance works. Which in the long run will cause the client trouble and time wasted. My sister went there for a root canned the doctors left a piece of work debrie in her gum and she was in so much pain. There all around bad customer service

I went in to Western Dental to have a broken molar removed. After waiting over 2 hours after set appointment time they final saw me and tried to give me a $30,000 quote on things I supposedly needed. When I refused and just wanted my tooth pulled Dr Hanh Le was rude and acted so angry about me not wanting to pay anything out of pocket and only get done what Denti Cal covers. When she tried to extract my tooth she said I needed a cleaning. After a very very painful jab of Novocain she then took out a GRINDER and FILED AWAY AT MOST OF MY TOP AND BOTTOM TEETH! When I asked if she filed my gap out bigger Dr Hanh Le just laughed at me and said Yep sure did. She then tried to extract the tooth while I was screaming in pain. They then held me down in the chair and kept telling me to hold still that Im not in pain. After 10 minutes of trying to pull the tooth she got fed up and threw her hands in the air and said I cant deal with this, we are closing, set him up with the specialist. Dr Hanh Le then sent me on my way without finishing the extraction, bleeding from my gums severely, she didnt even put any gauze in my mouth, and failed to give me any antibiotics or pain medication leading to a huge infection which started making me sick! SHE COMPLETELY BUTCHERED MY MOUTH AND TEETH!!! This has affected mine and my girlfriends lives in the worse way! I feel my life is ruined! I feel she completely destroyed my mouth, smile, and confidence! NO ONE SHOULD EVER HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS! EVERYONE BE WARNED! This place takes forever to get your teeth checked! Its been a while ive been to the dentist due to no insurance but this time that i have insurance i wanted to take the advangtage up being up to date and what not. so my bf, my son and i set up an apoitment and off we went to our first apoitment. so we go the people in the front ehhh not rude but yet not so friendly, we wait till they call us my man goes first took about 30-40 min. to call him n than about another 15-20 min more to call my son n me, just to get x-rays! so after we were done witht he x-rays it took even longer to get seen by the docter. she was the only denstist there to do the job and the rest of the people there were just assistents, so to make a long story short we left by 1:40 n we were there since 10:30 idk its too long.the denstis lady was very nice n so were the dental helpers it just kind of seem to expensive for me n my bf to pay 1400 for a deep cleaning! they do have a payment plan for you to choose from but im pretty sure 1400 is to damn much for just a deep cleaning.i do not recomend this place sorry! :/

My husband needed a partial they said would b done on a specific date paid cash, this was on 6/29/ 17 . They where unable to deliver on the date they said it would be done. We paid cash asked for or cash back and have not got or refund yet it is Aug.9 2017. This place sucks

Long waits, dragging out procedures so you have to come back over and over so they can bill for each visit. My granddaughters crown didnt fit THREE separate times!!! She had several root canals and STILL FEELS PAIN in those teeth. SRUN IN YHE OPPOSITE DIRECTION!!

All the staff is attentive and friendly if you have to wait a bit for the doctors that I have seen so are only the specialist who made me an extraction I think it would be better to be a butcher, I just needed to use an electric saw to get my tooth out I take it to pieces and hurt my mouth so much that almost 7 weeks and I still see a ball on my cheek

This place is better than I have known. Here they do not care about your teeth they care about the money they charge you a fortune and the work is never finished as your contract says that I do not recommend it add it. Please look for other places
