Luis made a backup to my MacBook Air, formatted it and installed the programs again on my MacBook, he gave me an excellent service, he is very fast and committed, he is willing to help you, his prices are very good and I’m feel very glad I found him to help me provide this service to my MacBook Air. 100% recommendable.

I took Louis my sisters laptop that had taken a nasty fall and took some good damage. The touch screen no longer worked and it was falling apart pretty badly. I had taken the laptop to a different computer repair store the previous week and was told that it was not possible to fix and that I was better off buying a new one. I really wanted to get it it fixed since it was a bit pricey and had just purchased pretty recently.When I took the laptop to Louis, he immediately said he would be able to fix it and gave me a fair price. He reparied the screen and the touch screen pretty quickly, but then ran into a problem with the keyboard not working. Louis took a few more days, but was able to find a workaround to getting it to work. If I had not taken the laptop to Louis, the laptop would have been a total waste of money. We have not had any issues with the laptop so far and it seems to be working just like it was before we dropped it. Defintely going to be taking my businness to Louis in the future.

Louis was super helpful and found the issue with my computer quickly and fixed it quicker would highly recommend.

Luis did a great job when my old PC died that morning. I explained that I used that PC for work and, if we couldnt save it, I needed that hard drive installed on another PC that same day. Luis immediately got to work on my PC, we couldnt save it because of fried mother board. Luis rebuilt a new temp PC from items in the back, installed my HD, loaded operating system, and I was back on the road that afternoon! He did all this for a very reasonable price. BTW - he always answers his phone!! I found my PC guy.

So I call up and ask for a certain battery. Guy says he has it and I drive all the way up there to have have him try and sell me a badly used charger.... I repeated I’m here for the battery and he goes in the back and brings the wrong item again. Just unorganized and would think twice about bringing something here.

Left my laptop here right as he opened at 10AM quick Wi-Fi card upgrade. I was told that I would have my laptop returned with the new Wi-Fi card in a few hours. After a few hours I happened to be passing by the shop so I passed by for a quick status update. Luis mentioned that he did not even touch my laptop yet. I politely informed him that this was not a problem, but I would need my laptop by this same day. He assured me that it would be complete by this day, and he would call me when its ready. I left, and received no calls from him. At 6:00PM, his posted closing time, I called for a status update and to check if I could pick it up, he was just getting to my laptop now. At about 7:15PM, he called me to pick up my laptop. I picked it up, and he said it was easy and didnt even turn on my laptop. When I returned to my car, I powered on my laptop to find a giant error message stating Wi-Fi Card unaccepted. As he was walking out, I rushed over to show him the issue. Kindly, he reopened to work on my PC, and said he would call me when it is ready. After about 30 mins, he called me asking to return the original Wi-Fi card. I brought it, and quite literally physically helped him reinstall my original Wi-Fi card back into my laptop....He asked me to return the next day as he would contact another individual for help. When I went the next day, there was no individual. I asked for a refund considering I did not have my upgrade performed, and I lost a FULL day of work without my laptop. He declined. Needless to say, I will not be returning here nor referring anyone here. STAY AWAY.
