The issue with my AC was a challenge to diagnose since the issue involved electrical controls abd not just the AC but Superior got the job done. They backed it up with a guarantee. Communication was good. Solid work at a good price. Not necessarily the most convenient location for me but worth the drive.

This is the “GO TO PLACE” when it comes to your air conditioner needing service. I had previously had another repair shop install some ac line damaged by an accident and they messed up the install and left me hi and dry telling me they couldn’t finish the job due to lack of their expertise in ac repairs. So I looked up SUPERIOR and they repaired the faulty install by the previous shop and saved the part by repairing it and kept my costs down. this shop are true professionals and highly recommend their work and expertise. I took my car to fix AC, and they said the ac is leaking, they need to replace evaporator and valve, they quoted me $1400, then went to the other shop, they just repair the leak for $130. This shop is not honest and trustworthy!!! Never come here!

****DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE***I hate to leave such a negative experience but for the sake of other folks hard earned money going to waste, I feel I must save you from going here by sharing my experience.About two months ago I started to experience some AC trouble with my 2017 Honda Civic. This place got recommended to me from a long time customer and instead of going to the dealer, I decided to give this place a try. Well that was a mistake! I got quoted a different price via phone then in person, the work gets completed for my car and it works good for about 70 days. I then start to notice that my AC is starting to feel warm again, so I head back to the shop because of a 90 day warranty which is not true! All it means is they wont charge you a diagnoses fee again.All of sudden they found a leak in my AC unit and now want to charge me an additional $250 to make these repairs. Someone explain to me how there wasnt a leak the first time if I am experiencing the same issues when I first took it in.I ask what this 90 day warranty covers because it hasnt been 90 days and yet my AC wasnt properly working and they refused to recharge my AC unit so that I would aleast be covered for the 90 days as they promised. The manager tells me if your car used the cheap freon then we would recharge you but since your car takes the expensive freon you must pay if you would like more freon. All this tells me is that they didnt value my business. I even asked for a happy medium or just refunding my initial diagnostic fee, and manger refused. I asked to speak to the owner but he wasnt available anymore but he sure was available to give me my additional quote.So whats the point of the 90 day warranty if you arent going to stick to your word?Completely disappointed with my experience.

I didnt think too much of this place so went in to get my AC repaired. They were fast and friendly. Not only did they fix my AC, they fixed my hood from a prior accident and didnt charge me!! I was soo impressed with their quality of work and service. Shout out to the mechanics for being the best in the area. Ive already referred a few friends. Check them out they are the best!
