I recently switched from mercury to State Farm. Im pretty impressed with their service so far, especially the agent Justin that works there. They always take my call even after business hours when I have a question.Then there was this one time the dmv mistakenly put a point on my record even though I went to traffic school for it. Justin called my traffic school and then the dmv so sort it out, just so my rates wouldnt go up.I feel like Im being taken care up and that they will be there if I do ever get into an accident. The premium wasnt even that much higher than mercury.
