Left my car here for two days. They sent my vechicle to their Rosemead location for one of those days.I left one thing I would notice being stolen but wouldn’t mind being stolen. A pair of sunglasses I didn’t like. I accidentally left a dust mask that’s wasn’t favorite and shocked that is gone too. They took both.And they wouldn’t fix my car.Wouldn’t recommend coming here even though AAA recommends them.

Fantastic work done on me vehicle! Had about $8500 worth of damage to my car and they made it look like brand new! They took the time to make sure every detail on my car was perfect and Frank always treated me like I was his only customer. I got an update on my car every week and the last few days my car was in the shop I called a couple of times and Frank and Alicia were so patient with me on the phone and Frank was thorough with all the details and had no problem updating me at all on the vehicles progress. They even reinstalled a window visor that had fallen off and was sitting in my back seat for me and they washed my car and vacuumed the inside really good, the car smelled great when I picked it up. I have some other dings on my car not related to the accident and plan on coming back if I keep this car for those repairs too. Thank you Frank and the whole Seidners team who worked on my baby!!!! When I took my car in, the front desk was very helpful an clear about the process and Edgar was appointed to deal with my claim an did an exceptional job.
