Never had a bad experience with them. The prices are amazing.

Came in with a helper to check my dish washer and was told that it was the water pump not working. Charged me too excessive for a one man job. Go elsewhere for any appliance needs. Do your research on your appliance before you call in to diagnose anything. Youtube, Google etc.

Called and scheduled an appointment, they never showed up nor called back. How are they still in business?

I called and and talk to a man and he determined over the phone what was wrong with my refrigerator then I gave him the model number of the refrigerator and thought he was going to come fix it but talked me into doing it myself and then try to up the price double $120 for a $60 part so I just called the part place and got it myself and did it myself I wouldnt mind paying the guy $120 or more if he would have just came and did it like I was expecting but because he was so lazy he got out of having to come to my house and talked me into doing it myself and doubling the price for the part he lost out on everything

Terrible, I called this place for a repair of my freezer. Peter did absolutely nothing but wanted to stick his nasty hands in my ice cream. The young man with him briefly shown a flashlight slightly underneath the bottom of the freezer and said there was no fan. Peter tried to tell me the outside of the freezer was too warm and to place a portable fan in front of the freezer. Since I agreed the $60 service fee I paid him so they would leave. By the way, the young man was more interested in what was in my garage than the freezer service. I called another service and the compressor was not working. I do not reccomend this place for anything any more.

Today I needed to dry my clothes when my family informed me the dryer is broken . The light went out and when you open the door it wont stop spinning, until you turn the selector to off. Bad door switch . After tacking pictures of bad switch with part numbers and connections I called A-Appliance Repair. I spoke to the manager, gave him the part number and he told me, yes they have it and its $43.00 and change . Well I needed it today so I went and picked it up . P.S. He forgot to tell me it Cash Only . No Credit card, no checks. Lucky me I carry cash . I bought the part and took it home . I installed the part . The dryer now works again .Now I had time to research the part at different places for a back up part . Amazon sells the same switch $ 7.96 no s&h because Im prime.Grainge sells same switch $14.93 . Sears repair center in covina, ca $ 54.37 . I know thatA-Appliance needs to make money but thats 5 times the cost of the part . At least they were friendly, and helpful . If I had called for a tech to come out it would have cost me about $150.00.Anyway if I need more parts I will still try to get them here . Just research the prices a little better . Overall it was a good experience.

What a ripoff Peter didnt know what he was talking about I took my dryer apart did my own testing and trouble shooting and all he did was tell me the control board was bad without even testing it. I knew that part of it, I tested the control board for continuity. He didnt check for anything else, oh but wait! I was charged $45 for him to come to my house and do nothing. He is useless, very high prices. I basically did all the work myself, even ordered the control board at a much cheaper price then he quoted me. He should shut down his not so good business maybe go to school and learn the trade. What a joke! Never ever again!

Told them my fridge wasnt cooling charged me $240 and the fridge is still not cooling. Trying to stop payment.

Peter is extremely knowledgeable in his field. He knew what was wrong with my dryer/washer stack combo in like 2 minutes. I did my research on YouTube and thought I had figured it out but I made things worse. The pricing is fair considering it is a small business, and youre paying for an expert. Like others have stated, the pricing on parts is a bit high, but Id rather support a small business than a monolithic Amazon shop.

Their prices are easy too high. Wanted to charge me $44 for an $18 part. If you want fair pricing go to Coast appliance in El Monte

We were charged more than $90 for a 10 minute labor and inexpensive part. We were a client before when their prices were reasonable. However, they lost a client.

I dont usually write reviews but I need to share the experience I had with Peter I have trouble with my wall gas oven not baking .Peter said that I needed Ignitor because oven was delayed coming on, charged me $92.00 for a $15.00 dollar part that was not needed because that was not the problem with the oven. I called him to tell him that the oven is still not working miss diagnose.And why did he charge so much for the part I was told that he could charge what ever he want to.The $92.00 didnt included labor. I am going to hold him to his warranty the problem has not been solved. So Be aware!

They are bery rude and wantinh to fist fight you, they will get in you face for a small miss understanding. Please do not waste your time at ALL Here.

This.place is the worst in servicing the customer..I called them.because.my LG refrigerator. Is no longer cold ... Peter tells me Im going but theres a charge of $ 60 to get to see him ... well, I checked it. I say that the refrigerator has.a.line.with a gas leak..a leak ... I would be $ 185.to solder it.He did not solder it .. I call another.person..his son ... he arrives. i SOLDO it..take 3 hours..I tell me ay. I stay ... I left .... the refrigerator.worked.good.30min..then..I called.i turned.the next.day.i turned it to solder,, WELDING..Ok..lo same.work.30 minutes..I escaped.the gas.i did not cool ... I called him.to repair it..I answered me.ke my compressor.not useful ... it did not return..I do not repair it. .they charged me. $ 225..paid.with.a check..I couldnt stop it in time..I got paid ... I went back to the shop to talk.with Peter ... I said.ke this ..I talk to my son if we will do something ... they never spoke to me and my refrigerator still does not cool, I have already spent more than 500 ... this note I put it for Hispanic people .as.i.ke.trying.to.repair.your appliances ... I did not use this place ... I intend.to.complain.to.the consumer department ..... I still have no refrigerator ......
