I bought a new screen monitor and tried to hook it up myself. I unscrewed the old one and tried to plug in the new one with the cables provided. Myself and a nother person tried for an hour an thought we bent the connector plug..I took the tower to Computer plus. But first he told me a price to replace the plug and it was a good price. I took the tower to him and he said all I need is an adapter. He put it on an test the unit and all is good He save me a lot of time and money. Thank you so much.

This business and its owner need more recognition.Yesterday, I took my laptop here as I thought a connecting part of its charging cable had been damaged and the laptop wouldn’t charge. The owner was already speaking to a Korean lady, who kept saying thank you, as he apparently restored her cellphone pics at no cost and the pics were very important proof for her recent car accident claim. I guess she is a regular to the supermarket and just asked for help when she came for grocery shopping. He didn’t charge her and she was more thank thankful. I saw her come back with coffee or ice cream for him for his free service. Actually I said to a bystander who also witnessed the entire situation that I would pay him for the service.Long story short, I also ended up getting free consultation as he found the connecting part was just loose from damage but likely functioning after spending 3-5 minutes. I came back home, did what he told me to do and my laptop is back to use.I never used this business before but just want to thank the owner for his humble, honest and professional service after having an incredible experience.I now think I should stop by the store with coffee or ice cream just for the guy :)

Very glad I found them. He repaired my computer much quicker and for less money than Geek Squad or so in e other place I called. I will go back to him if I have other issues.

I left it on Wednesday because of the problem that the main body of the computer wont turn on.The power seemed to be the problem, so I was in a state of chaos, so I took the power I ordered in advance and waited for it, and there was no contact, so I contacted him on Friday. It was said that the problem was not with the power, but with the motherboard, so I immediately placed an order and delivered it on Saturday. However, a reply back on Monday said that neither was a problem, but that we should look further.So I just picked it up and left it somewhere else, so I got a call within 2 hours and said... Its a power problem. You can pick it up today. He saidDont go here, go to Xtech Inc on the Norwalk side.I just wasted my time hahaPoor service. Slow, unprofessional, and highly unbalanced price.Go to Xtech Inc in Norwalk if youre looking for repair service.
