I went to this this place for the first time, and was very disappointed by the service i received. First of, the girl that helped me was very unprofessional. I left feeling unsure and worried about leaving my 2 dogs there. While i was there the girl was having a mental breakdown due to all the dogs they had to be done at certain time. I also had called for an appointment at a certain time and upon arriving i come to find i wasn’t even on their schedule. One of my dogs came back with 2 cuts on his body. And the other with an irritated red eye. Please ask questions when going and due your due diligence when taking your dogs. I personally would not recommend this place, unless they start doing some changes on how they run their business and the care they provide their dogs.
First Time. Great Service! They informed me of my dogs ear infection. They suggested some ear drops and were very honest that if i go to the vet it would be alot more $$$. Loved the fact that they cared that much, to inform me about that. The staff was very polite and professional and cheerful. I will definitely take my dog back.

The owner is AMAZING! When we bought our Pom “Rocket” I was afraid to take him anywhere just because not every groomer knows how to care for Poms. We found this place in Yelp, I called and booked an appointment . She was amazing, nice, friendly and very knowledgeable which we loved. Her staff is friendly and helpful, totally recommend this place for your fur babies .
When the puppy is a little scared they do a good job soothing. You can tell they like them, and have a good heart
Less than 1 star! They cut my dogs foot and leg to the point where she was bleeding! Then they tried to say it was because of her skin but turns out they were talking about a different dog. They did nothing to make up for it. Ill never go back there.
I love how great the grooming team is here! They are so patient and kind with both my dogs and are very accommodating. They are comparably priced for their services but they do the best job!

Great friendly customer service nice organized clean place. And fully stocked with dog accessories and treats for the furry ones. Very happy with puppy house.
For wash & nails this place was great, but I asked for a deshedding and that was a disappointment. Will return for regular maintenance.
If you love your pet I will Not recommend this place at all..my dog was cut on several parts of private part and stomach..my dog was shaking so much when I arrived to pick him up something he has not done with previous groomer.

I took my fluffy mini golden doodle I told her DO NOT shave my dog and when I come back for her she was all shave and I also found cuts on her In back of her ears stomach my puppy been on pain since yesterday I took her to this place I will never come back I’m very upset they decided what hair cut to do on my pet they should of at least ask me if I was ok with the cut they were planning so unprofessional so disappointed from this place
I took my dog Roxy to this place and they did an excellent job with her. I drove 25 miles and I will keep coming here. They finished in a timely fashion.and the employees are very friendly. I will recommend this place to all my co workers.
They were caring and charismatic. I had no idea I needed an appointment to bring my old girl Roxanne in but they took her right away. My dog is more than a hand full and they took her before a few other dogs to spare her the anxiety of waiting. Im very thankful for their service and understanding!!
Too honest people. Will spout whatever seen or noticable about owner and pets. A comfortable place to visit and to trust your pets with.Fyi, when I picked up my dog from the groomers, she didnt seem so depressed anymore. She even started giving the groomers hugs with her fluffy clean paws.
Great place to buy a puppy and they also groom your your pet. They have cute accessories and they have so much care for their pets. Any questions or help you need with your pet they help no problem. Worse place and and poor management all 3 of my dogs came home with flies thanks to this place being the only place open during quarantine fml save ur money from flies shampoo and meds dont go by reviews on her page which was my biggest mistake

Puppy house and grooming is a very clean and organized shop. They offer a variety of services from puppy supplies, to grooming, and selling quality puppies at low prices compared to other pet stores. I bought a beautiful pomeranian puppy with a triple coat and short teddy bear face. She is playful, healthy and sociable. The Puppy House and Grooming staff was helpful on informing me about the necessary information needed to care for my puppy properly. They are very friendly, professional, and organized. 11/10 would recommend.

Puppy House was amazing!! From the moment you come inside the staff are super friendly and welcoming. They made my Lil Elvis feel right at home!! This place is fantastic!!! They always do a wonderful job and my baby is always treated so good. From the owner to the staff they all care so much about their puppies and dogs. They always inform me if they found any fleas and always treat my dogs hot spots and offer what I can do at home. I recommend Puppy House to everyone.

First time here, not very happy. Work was fine, a little over priced. Most disappointed in the staff interaction. Saw one groomer yelling at a tiny dog and kept looking like she was about to smack it but I kept close to the counter. Owner screams at the staff constantly. They behave this way in public, wonder what goes on when clients step away. Way too much tension between the employees, bad energy.
Loved this place!!! Got our fur baby 2 weeks ago. She is healthy and just full of joy. We are in love with our Pomeranian Sofia.
Great place to take your dog. My dog always gets the royal treatment and always has a great cut and style when he is done. The place is clean and the people there are fantastic!!! I highly recommend the Puppy House!!!
Wonderful place. Bought a puppy from here a while ago. Cutest little puppy ever.Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all of my needs and concerns.They are doing the grooming now and I will continue to visit when ever I get time to go see them.
Terrible experience. When I went to pick up my dogs (25 min after they said they would be ready) they were trying to rush the last one and finish her paws. I asked them to give her to me as is, they then offered to take her to my car. The owner handed my dog to my daughter through the back window (4lbs Shi Tzu). When we get home my car, daughter and dog are covered in blood.Upon inspection, they clipped 2 of her paws and failed to say anything or treat it before we left. My clothes were stained, my car needed to be cleaned, my bathroom was covered in blood, my dog whimpering and needing a new bath. I went back and one employee said “your dog moves a lot” and blamed my tiny dog for their poor work.I asked the owner for a refund since my dog now needed a new bath and she refused to do anything. Mind you, I paid $50 and still had to bathe my dog, now wash my car interior, and deal with blood splatter on my clothes and bathroom. What did she offer? Nothing.She then threatened me before I left. She said she would call animal control on me for having an injured dog if I left her any reviews. Such a horrible human being! She waived our paperwork at me and kept screaming “I know where you live”. Such a joke.Focus on doing your job and stop threatening people!
I have three small dogs. We are very happy with our service there. The owner always remembers us, she knows the services needed. The puppy house is clean and organized. Thank you for taking good care of my babies. Two chahuahus, and a chahuahu terrier mix. Were going again today ❤️
The best grooming place I ever gone to is the puppy house my son cuddles is well taken care of and The Grooming is excellent the staff is the best I give it five stars
I used to take my dog here. The groomers are rude at times. One day, I was dropping off my dog and the owner quoted me $20 more than usual. I asked her why the high price. She insitwd because my dog was knotted. I advised her my dog had crazy curls that made her fur look knotted. The owner brought a comb over and roughly started combing through my dogs fur. Once she realized my dog was not knotted, she knocked off $10. She said thats what the groomer was asking. I paid it but decided to never go back. Bad business operation.
STAY AWAY. Poor service, lack of concern or care for the treatment of the animals. Our dog was sent home with 2 cut paws which left her bloody on her fur, stained our clothes and car and the owner didn’t even apologize or acknowledge their error.
The store was great, the owners were friendly and helpful in choosing our perfect puppy. Sadly, within 12 hrs of bringing him home, he became extremely ill and had to be taken to the vet where he was diagnosed with the potentially deadly virus parvo (which takes 3-10 days to show symptoms aka he got it at the store). When we called to inform them about this fearing the other dogs there may be infected as well, we were only offered a puppy exchange and refund, not a compensation for vet bills so it was no puppy or no money. We chose puppy. While theyre a good business, make sure your furry friend is taken to a vet for a check up immediately after pickup.
Ive been here a few times with my dogs. One of my dogs is a little anxious. She gets scared very easily. When I first bring them in theyre always ok. Today is this last time I will ever step foot in this building. After I got my dogs home my anxious puppy was acting lethargic and she was having trouble breathing. My dogs are always very sweet and kind. The owner of the store complains and says I need to wash and brush them more so they wont be difficult. I always wash and brush my dogs and theyve never been a problem for me. She always complains that my dogs are difficult. Weve been there about 4 times and every single time weve gone there the price went up. The first time we went there it was about $90 for both dogs. The second time it was $100. The third time it was $110 and the fourth time was a whopping $130. Im tired of them squeezing more money out of my wallet and I refuse to give them my business. They are now charging me $50 more when before they said it would only be $20 extra. I currently have an appointment with the vet for my puppy later today to find out what is wrong. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE ESPECIALLY IF ITS AN ANXIOUS DOG

Horrible experience here. Bo isnt honest about her prices and the second time i brought in my puppies for a grooming, she put white out over the initial price she charged me months before. The extra fees for temper, matted hair, or different cut styles. Thats understandable, but Bo changed my price to add fees ON TOP of the new charges she had on my dogs log in sheet. I could clearly see white out on it, and when I told her my price wasnt the one listed, she changed it back and added her fees once more. Very dishonest owner.

I have a Maltese poodle and I was charged extra because I was told my dog was aggressive, my dog is the nicest, well behaved dog Ive ever had I would never take my baby back there (Ive never had this problem anywhere else) I believe it was to get extra money out of me but I know my dog and I know his personality so I know he has never been a aggressive dog

I take my dog there all the time and the people there are always so nice and friendly and I my sister would work there and she said they would be the nicest to all the dogs. I will never stop going there.
I brought my dog here for her first grooming the only thing different in her daily routine. And after doing so she became very ill with parvo when we confronted the main lady about it they tried to blame us for there shop having parvo. But after taking her there we found out that somebody else had taken there dog there with parvo BEFORE we ever took our dog there. My dog was perfectly fine and healthy before that place.
I went to go pick up my dog at 10 am and when I walked in the groomer was yelling at a white dog looked like a poodle. She was calling the dog stupid and a bad dog when she realized I was watching her additude change. Never again taking my dog there
I was very impressed with their shop, customer service amd grooming. My maltese was in dire need of a good groomer and they delivered. My doggy came out looking clean, wellgroomed and happy. I will definately be returning.
3/23/2016. Went in to have my poodle some work. Was previously quoted a price, went to drop her off by husband, they did not give him paperwork and when we called to see what time to pick her up, we were informed a different price and the work was not done charged us alot of money to pay in order to get her back. We told them thats what we were not quoted in the past. They were rud and shouting. Never will I go back and will not recommend them to anybody.

Today i took my 2 dogs to get groom and when i return i was so upset my yorkie toy was suppose to get a teddy bear cut instead he got a Chihuahua cut he doesnt even look like a yorkie anymore and my other is yorkiepoo but she did needed a shave and to top it off i payed more this time then last time and they got the worst service ever my poor babies i will never take them there ever again.
