I got a pedicure and a full set and the pedi was good no complaints but my nails were all different lengths and were very bulky and look very unnatural. Very disappointed.

Simply, they are tasteless. They attack their customers in their language-mocking, laughing and abusing them. At first they seem so nice but they constantly make you feel like you’re simply not good enough for them. And the saddest thing is most of them their work is simply average and even jacks effort. I don’t like it here. I didn’t enjoy the experience. I gave them more than one opportunity to treat me as a working class individual who deserves the same respect that I treat them with and they refuse to rise above their childish gossiping unprofessional inexperience and lack of class. I’d stay away if I were you but if you want a simply mediocre experience come here.

First time @ Jennys Nails. First impression and experience was very good! Needed a pedicure and for a diabetic man they did me right!

I love my mani and pedi, but I will not be returning here. The only reason I came here was because my nail shop was completely booked and I wanted to treat myself for a fresh mani and pedi for mothers day. I used to come years ago and loved it. However, it started getting uncomfortable because I realized that they werent sanitizing their tools. I came here last week for mothers day, and clearly reminded me of why I wont be coming here anymore. The place was packed with people (mothers day weekend), which I understand, but there were people that were taking up space that were not supposed to be there. There was a group of about 5 to 6 ladies, and they were walking around like they lived there and no one told them to wait outside. I asked my manicure girl if they sanitized their equipment and she said yes. The only cleaning I saw her do was get acetone with a cotton ball and cleaned her tools like that. Her station was filthy, she didnt even bother on shaking the previous clients nail residue from her desk towel. They have plexiglass for covid Im assuming, and that was filthy with nail polish and residue specs. Maybe my expectations are far too high, but once Ive been served with good quality service, I will continue to expect every service to be the same. Regardless of how badly I need a fresh mani and pedi, I will not be returning here. This used to be my favorite place years ago, what a shame.

Definitely coming back to Jenny’s Nail. They do an amazing job. I got a gel manicure and choose color #123 (I think!) and it came out just amazing! Friendly staff and clean environment.

And the way staff served customers really impress me, although at the first time I came here, they are friendly and professional, quickly so I didnt have to spend too much time to do manicure or repair nails.Love this place!

For about 6 months I had been trying to look for a new spa that would do equal quality that I was used to at my old place, and Jennys nails is absolutely the best!!! Helen did an amazing job with my acrylics and gel polish. Jennys is my new nail spot! 😊😊😊

I tried shellac manicure for the first time at Jennys Nail. The lady focused on my cuticles attentively. The polish was nicely painted. My biggest satisfaction was the time it lasts if you are hard on your nails. I also came a second time to get my shellac polish change. I always happy with this nail salon.

It was my 1st time at Jennys Nail Shop today. My usual spot was closed due to 4ofJuly Holiday. Employees were very friendly. I requested for Gel Nail Polish (Neon Pink) to match both my nails and toes. Unfortunately, the polish on my toes looked Red. I wasnt too convince with the color and I didnt want them to have to redo it however, Hanna was very kind and understanding and immediately helped Linda find the matching color. I thought that was very nice. They definitely care for their costumers. Definitely recommend this place. Ask for Hanna :)

I have been going there for awhile really like the place but went yesterday and notice that it was a little pricey. So called today and ask how much was for everything that I got and was told a different price then what I paid when I confronted they had excuses that I had a fixed nail which I didnt and that I probably got file down which I didnt.I told them its okay you just lost a customer. So just watch what they charge you they can be over charging you

Ive been going here for four years and wouldnt go to any other nail salon. Tina is a joy to talk to and is very intentive and will work with your schedule.

First time to do my pedicure star at $28 the is the lowest price . Manicure is ok . You know when the workers are talking about you ! The place is same lake others .
