Awesome place for beginners and anyone looking to get a great workout. The classes are well put together and the trainers are quality. If you need help they are always willing to take the time. The classes are very motivating and challenging. The price is very competitive and worth every penny. I wish I would have known about this a long time ago. Definitely give it a go.

Rude and unprofessional staff!! Could not even take 5 minutes and the possibility of a member! I was at the cleaners nextdoor and I seen the lights on and walked over and the front door was unlocked and figured there open. Only to find 2 employees who could not be bothered the girl was more interested in her cell told me to come back at 5pm and the guy just laid there and staired from the bench in the lobby. Well first impression are everything and I will never go back or waste my time! COME BACK AT 5PM ! Why was the ft door inlocked? What a joke

I have a huge problem with this place. First of all, I was bugged and bugged over and over by text and email regarding orientation for the free 6 week transformation. I never replied, and once I decided to check it out, I texted back. So, I go and I was the only one in orientation. I learned that the program is not free, that people have signed up and never went back after the program. So, they decided to start charging for the camp, and you qualify to get your money back after losing the 20 lbs during the 6 weeks. So I was like, No way, I cant afford this right now as I am in the process of planning a wedding. Then at the end I decided that I could use the weight loss for my wedding, so I signed up. After sleeping on it, the next morning I was like, No I need the money right now and cant sign up at this time. I read the contract, you have 5 days, not including Sundays, to write them a letter and state why you are cancelling the agreement. You can deliver that in person or by mail. I went the very next day and they were closed. So I went after work and the same girl who helped me was there again. She said she understood and took my letter along with my copy of the contract and said she would give that to the manager. I also read in the contract it will take 10 days to receive my refund, so Ive been patiently waiting. I even received a text on Monday regarding a nutrition orientation for 7/20, in which I replied that I took my letter of cancellation and am waiting on a refund. Their reply was noted.Okay, so I check my bank account today and they overdrafted my account by taking another $100 out today. So, if my cancellation is pending, why did they allow another payment to come out? I think that is bad customer service. No one is answering the phone number or texting me anymore. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.Okay it is now the next day. I went after they opened last night and the same girl was at the counter. Says she just called her manager (where is this damn manger anyway??), and had to “remind” him after hearing my voice message that I needed my refund. He needed a pic of my cancellation letter I guess. But anyway she said he had to do the refund and it should be in my account by tomorrow, which is today. Okay so it is today now, I called this morning and spoke to the SAME girl...(she knew who I was). Says she just called her manager again and that my refund should be in my account by 12 noon today. It is now 1:54pm, no refund, no call, no text, no email, not a damn penny in my account. It’s in the negative. I called to speak to someone. Oh, it’s closed because no one answers. I shouldn’t have to be calling them or going by. This is ridiculous!!! Update soon...
