I have been coming to this shop since they first opened in 2005 and in that time Ive gotten to know Art as a respectable/honest owner. He never tries to push any service or product that isnt required while also trying to give you the best deal possible. I had a tire blowout while driving yesterday and gave Imperial Tire Pros a call 10 minutes prior to closing. I told Art the situation and he gladly told me to come by and he would take care of it. The mechanic informed Art that the object that pierced through the tire compromised the wire within. They showed me and explained that they could patch it but there was a chance it would fail due to the exposed wire. He offered me a semi used tire if I wanted to be 100% confident, which I accepted without hesitation. I traded my tire for another one in better condition and he only charged me for the labor. I could not have asked for a better outcome. If you have any problems with your car, I would highly recommend you take it here. Hell treat you as if you were his friend.

Art and his team were great! He went above and beyond to help me out. He was super busy but he still took the time to help me out. I had a nail in my tire. Art and his team were able to patch it up quickly and get me on the road again. His prices are great and he was just honest the entire time. This is my 2nd time going to him and he has always been perfect. Thanks again!

Just moved here from Ohio and if you have ever lived anywhere other than California you know that everything here seems to be way more expensive than other states. I found their pricing to be on point with what I would expect to pay back home. Art and his team are very professional and courteous and finished my 4 tire replacement job under the time quoted. I even discussed my regular maintenance with Art because again their pricing is great and Art made me feel no pressure and was honest throughout my time there. Family owned and operated is something I can get behind as well.

Im getting two rear tires and rear brakes done, and Art recommended that I get tires that match the front tires, which turn out to be cheaper than what we originally planned over the phone. Then, he gave me a ride, so that I can study in a peaceful place and has offered to pick me up when car is done. Ive passed by Imperial Tire Plus, on many occasions, and Im glad I actually stopped by!

I had tires put on my truck in a very reasonable cost no complaints. They did the upper Front End in the lower arms, and bearings they were shot. So at that price I got that work done I dumped my mechanic and everybody says hes great, not. So next week Im going to take my truck back in to have some other work done too great place.

I would recommend this shop to everyone. Great work and honest with the customers. They will let you know what is needed or recommended without the aggressive push for you get that service done.

Ive been a customer of Imperial Tire Plus for a few years. They are friendly, fair, and one of the most comfortable waiting areas at any tire or auto service facility Ive used. Ive only done tires, rotation and oil changes. My son did tires, breaks, oil change. Love these guys. They have courtesy coffee available, and cable T.V. you can actually make your own selections.

Honest tire place with great prices for the area. They do more than just tire changes as well Ill be coming here more often.

I wish I could give no stars. At first it seemd ok... So I went to the bank got some money and came back... When I returned it was like they had every excuse to raise the prices as he insinuated I may not have the money for the services. When that didnt work... Suddenly it was too much labor to change 4 tires today... Saying I might have to leave the car for 2b days. He didnt know Im a mechanic to. Dont waste your time there.

Went in for a flat tire patch up, was quick and no hassle. even checked my plates because of noises I heard. Quick and easy and I was out. Good experience.

Bought 4 tires from these guys. Took 2 hrs to install a little long but ok. Owner says he has to use special equipment which is BS. a day later I check the tires and what do you k now all four tires have 60 LBS of pressure. I guess the guys he has working for him don not know you can not put in 60 lbs of pressure. Now every week tires are low on tire pressure. I will not be going back so his employees have time to go back to school to read and understand the specs on the tires they install and the work they do.

Im here right now getting tires for my car. Cheapest price per tire by $15 I could find in the area, theyre working quickly, and took me without an appointment. Definitely recommended.
