Jonathan has been terrific! We were using another service to help us handle a mice problem in our garage and it just wasnt working. Frustrated, we called Suncoast and Jonathan came out the same day. He promptly identified where the mice were coming into our garage and sealed up the entry points. He also took the time to make sure that his seals were done well and looked nice rather than just quick fixes. We havent had any trouble since!! Always professional and willing to go the extra mile. While chatting, one of our dogs ran out the door and he insisted on chasing him. He carried our 40 lb dog back. Dont waste your time with another place, call Suncoast. They will take great care of you and your property at a reasonable price.

Trevor was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He inspected our property and explained what gopher holes would really look like, and that we didnt have them. He suggested an every 3-month treatment to keep the ants, ear wigs and spiders from taking over, and quoted a reasonable price for the size of our house. For the treatment, Trevor went around the house, play structure, RV, everything on our property and after that went around to clean up spider webs. For a first visit, I was quite impressed and I look forward to using Suncoast Pest again.

This company did an amazing job for- a very affordable price. Jonathon was very knowledgeable about my issue. I had ants coming lining up all inside and outside my home. Noatter how often I mopped (every day), wiped counters, sprayed openings, etc, the buggers would not leave, they would simply continue in different directions. At one point,, they started lining up along the ceiling and had gotten into my BED! Jonathon answered all of my questions and was professional, on time, and efficient. He even allowed me to request additional gel placement inside along areas that I told him historically had an issue. He assured me the issues would be resolved and if any ants appeared before the next quarterly services he would be there to handle it anytime at no additional charge as part of the maintenance service. A fee of my neighbors were about to use a different service and they quoted me a much higher price indicating it was the cheapest they could find. Im not sure how the proceeded, but Im incredibly happy with all aspects of service so far provided by Suncoast Pest Management. It has been about a week since they were here and I have not seen one single ant in any part of my home. Thank you!

Friendly and professional service. Mr. McGough and his team were very attentive and knowledgeable. Had gophers undermining the front and back yards, and the Suncoast team were able to fumigate the gopher tunnels and set traps. After a couple of days, two gophers were caught. Jonathan at Suncoast pest management did a phenomenal job at my aunts house. She had a rat infestation at the beginning of winter last year (2020) I was having difficulty getting help during COVID and Jonathan offered a free inspection. He came out and found over 15 points of entry into my aunts house. After he closed them all up and layed traps, she hasnt had any additional issues. I would also like to mention he went above and beyond and helped my aunts 80 year old roommate get up after her desperate pleas for help after she had fallen. He may have literally saved her life.I highly recommend their services. They have proven to be reasonably priced, thorough and trustworthy.

I had wasp problem all around my property, one actually got inside my bathroom. I reached out to Suncoast along with other pest management businesses. The first few charged an absurd amount of money to spray, remove the wasps and the hives. Not only this, they would not be able to send someone out for 48 hours.Johnathan called me within minutes of me sending my request and was able to come by in about 50 minutes. For hours of work and sprays all around the house, I am certain that I got a very good deal.I am so pleased with the work that I decided to purchase rat removal services from Johnathan as well. This consists of 3 separate days of laying traps in the attic, garage, and anywhere else that I have seen movement. It also includes patching up holes from the outside into the attic.On top of this, I also got 1 free round of maintenance spray for general insects such as spiders, ants, cockroaches around the perimeter of my house. We have a sun-room and I also asked Johnathan to spray that area and he did not hesitate at all to do this bit of extra work.I was also told that if I see more activities with wasps and rats within a reasonable amount of time, that I can just give Johnathan a call to come back and take a look.Overall, I am very satisfied with how professional Johnathan is and the work that he put in to rid us of our wasps, rats and insect problem. I am recommending him to my friends and neighbors and would highly recommend him to anyone else in need of pest removal services.

Jonathan was very chill yet professional. He responded and scheduled very promptly when we were having an ant problem. He also took a lot of spiders out from the roof awning outside and inspected giving tips on how we can keep ants out (don’t let palm branches touch house). The ants inside were pretty relentless given the start of summer and when they came back a week after his initial visit, Jonathan came back promptly at no extra charge and put some extra gel. He explained they were ants probably trapped inside as the exterior had been sprayed. I think we’ll be fine now but feel comfortable knowing I can reach out to him if not. Other larger companies charged far more. I prefer to support local business! Would recommend!

They started out great. Then as their business grew they started caring less about residential customers. Recently our fruit trees became under attack by gophers. In the course of six weeks they came three times. After over a month of pleading with them to help me with my gopher problem their response was “We’ve gassed and set traps what else do you want us to do?” I responded anything please help us save our trees. The owner said the only thing he could do was get a permit for some limited use poison. Ten days passed... Now our trees are nearly dead from gopher damage and the owner’s response “It slipped my mind”.

We recently found a few lizards in our house and my wife was traumatized to say the least.We called and Jonathan was super supportive and was able to come to our house very quickly, remove one of the lizards that wed found in the house this morning. Jonathan also placed baits throughout the house where we recently saw the lizards and also replaced the door sweeps in our house so that they were less likely to come in through the spaces underneath the door.We would highly recommend Jonathan and Suncoast Pest management.

I recently switched my service to Suncoast Pest Management from a company I used for a few years after the prices kept increasing and I seen the great service Jonathan did at my job. Jonathan is very personable and quoted a great price and has been doing great service ever since. His price remains the same and I have not had any ants since starting with Suncoast.

We had crickets in our wall and they had been chirping nonstop for the past few days. Jonathan came in and treated the wall and within 10 minutes they chirping had stopped. He also found the nest outside and sprayed that and showed us where they were getting in so we could sea it up and prevent them from coming back. Fast, quality service at a great price.

We were recent homeowners when we first started noticing that out of no where some roaches began to appear. We think they have enter the home from one of our guest. Regardless we knew that we had a problem and didn’t want to get out of control. We called Suncoast Pest Management and Eddie Valdez was the person that came to our home. He literally only needed to come once. He did such a great job and they were all gone. I highly recommend him! We would totally use them again.

We had a pesky raccoon living under our back deck who was so comfortable there he started to stroll each morning in the yard. He also knocked over a water fountain causing breakage. Suncoast was contacted last night and came this morning first thing. The raccoon was successfully removed. I am extremely pleased by their quick response and highly relieved to be rid of this animal. I can once again enjoy my backyard in peace.
