Broke my iPhone 8 Plus screen today they repaired it the same day. Works as perfectly as it always has. He even went the extra mile and applied another screen protector on top of the newly repaired screen A+ job. Fairly priced too.

Do not I repeat do not take your phone to this establishment. The guy in the store was not the owner was a friend who worked at budget cars but was fixing phones for the day. I was desperate to get my phone fixed while visiting home for vacay, I did not want to travel with a broken screen on a flight with my son. Needless to say we were there for 4 hrs while he tried to fix my phone but it kept turning off. My phone has issues it did not have before getting my screen fixed. I had to pay another repair place in GA to fix the screen again hoping it would fix my problems but it did not. I called the owner he said all he could do was refund 30 bucks because it was an easy fix, it was a sticker behind each screen that seems to got messed up when he removed the screen. But of course I am not located in California. I’ve had other friends say the same thing has happened to them since going. My phone just restarts during calls, making calls, accepting calls, anytime. Don’t take your phone unless you want to buy a new phone!!!!!! Beware

Took my phone here 3 times already. Broken screen the first time. They replaced the screen, great. Then about a few months later it started becoming less responsive to touch. Then stopped working all together. Took back to them, they wouldn’t warranty it because it was greater than 30 days. Paid for a second replacement. Again, 2 months later, screen stops working and I paid them again to replace it. NOW again, 2 months later, only half the screen works. Done with this place. DONT GO HERE.

Amazing quality for iPhone 7s screen repair.

I needed the screen replaced on my Vaynko Matrixpad s20 (nice, cheap android tablet). I purchased the screen replacement myself ($11), because I thought that I could replace the screen myself. But I dont have the necessary tools, so I decided to bring the tablet and the new screen to them. $45 and 1 business day later the tablet works great.

The owner of the shop was really nice and professional. We called on a Sunday (one of the few that were open) and explained to that the phone was dropped in the pool. He said most likely the phone would be unrepairable, but would still try and wouldnt charge us if phone wasnt fixed. After a couple hours he let us know phone cant be fixed. We asked him if he had any refurbished phones and he said he got a shipment of returned phones and would see if they were compatible with Verizon. He eventually found a S9 and S7 that would work. He worked with the Verizon rep to get both phones registered, and eventually the S7 was purchased after issues with S9. He put in a lot of time on a Sunday and was willing to stay open later to make sure I was taken care of. I will be using him in the future and certainly referring my friends and family.

These guys are awesome! We called in today to get my girlfriends phone fixed and they were able to accommodate us immediately and got her phone completely squared away in just over an hour. Their prices are fair and they included a screen protector with the service. Thanks again!

Ahmed was great. I took in 2 of my wifes phones. One to get it unlocked. Its an ATT phone and wife is on Verizon. And 2nd phone the screen flickers. For unlocking the phone the cost is very reasonable. As i was about to walk out, meaning after agreeing to leave my phone to unlock and i would be back in a couple of days. Ahmed wanted to check one more thing to avoid charging me if it was already unluck. And guess what he took. Verizon sim card, tested it and bamn phone is good to go. Ahmed was very honest and you can see that i could have very well walked out and paid. But Ahmed honesty gained a new customer. I recommend this place.

My mother has an issue with her charging the phone. Me and the shop owner believed it was an issue with the charging port and it turned out to be something deeper.Because the issue wasnt solved, the owner just gave my mother a wireless charger for the mean time and didnt charge for anything else.Even though the problem didnt get fixed (yet) he was really solid about how he handled the situation.Edit: I am seeing a few people complaining about the screen breaking and such after repair. I wish some of you guys would watch Louis Rossman as he explains the issues with companies basically not providing replacement parts so they have to go through alot of companies and parts. Its not the fault of the repair technician(usually).

After the gentleman put a new glass face on my iPhone 6S, the Verizon store accepted it for trade-in and said they’d never seen such a professional job. They said a lot of new glasses are put on with sloppy workmanship, but not here. My phone looked so new, I hated trading it in.

Great customer service. Unfortunately my phone began experiencing issues after they fixed my phone. Prior to getting my phone fixed I never had these issues, my phone was over heating all the time, my phone was having issues charging, and I started having issues with my screen. I would suggest NOT GOING HERE.

I have a habit of dropping devices and have been to multiple stores for repairs, but I have NEVER come across anywhere that is as honest and forthright as this store. Recently I brought in my iPad mini 4 for a broken screen and it turned out be in my best interest to replace the device. Ahmed had already replaced the screen but explained to me that he was going to get another screen due to the quality (I personally couldnt tell the difference but he did not like the quality and was adamant that he held himself to a higher quality of work). I was shocked, most locations just replace the screen and send it along without concern. He took the time to explain things to me and we discussed the device in detail which led to me purchasing another device (as I was having other problems). Even after all the time he spent working on my device he never changed the price and there was a nominal fee for the work he did (which I felt he deserved more as he did a lot of work and in the long run he saved me money)! Yesterday, I dropped off 3 completely broken phones for backups for my grandpa and he once again was honest and open about the conditions of the phones and reality of whether or not they were not just fixable but had a good quality to them once fixed. I appreciate everything he has done for me! Most people see a young girl and take advantage of them, Ahmed does the opposite and is so honest! I will continue to use his services (hopefully not consistently) as needed and will ONLY come to his shop! I would recommend others repair their devices at this location only and you will receive great customer service, honesty, fair pricing, and a quality repair.

Best repair store in SD period. I have been coming here for the past year and every-time my problem has been solved where other place could not. Oh did i mentioned the customer service is on top. Parking is good, there is chicken eaters, Yum Yum doughnut just in case you need to wait.
