Called ahead and went in, was out in about an hour and a half great and fast service considering the size of the tire. They hooked me up on 4 new tires couldn’t find someone to match their price. Drove an hour just get my tires but we’ll worth it will definitely come back for anything else I need.

It may look dirty... It may be in a bad tight spot... But these guys are the best... I have gone here for years and they offer me the lowest prices. Tires Alingment and brakes are what i have them do for me and every time they do great!!!

You feel serious descrimination when you deal with them..I took 6 visits to declare them Cheaters as they lie about each and everything whether Cost of parts, labor, time, Quality of work and you name it. They tell you one fault and fix it but it not gonna fix when u go again they will tell you another fault and give you new estimate.

I went in here because I needed to buy wheels and tires for a truck and tires for an extra set of wheels for my car. I figured I would ask about trade ins on wheels but the young lady I spoke with was rude to the point I have to write this review in a negative fashion. She pretty much told me that they dont buy or sell tires there. Walked out and will tell everyone I can about the poor experience I had when asked. There was another man there as well that was extremely passed about something to do with this place but I didnt ask because it doesnt matter.

Got the best deal on rims, tires, 5in leveling kit, all 4 shocks, alignment. Their estimate time is on time! They Let me borrow their charger in their waiting room, nice restroom, couches, and air conditioning on a hot day. Food is nearby and gas station is at walking distance so not a problem for me to get a quick snap while I wait. They are also loyal to their customers, another customer came in for a kit and they told them no because I was ahead, (leveling kits take about 5-6hours. Also thanks to the guy who inspected my brakes and told me that if the kit stretched them out he wouldn’t let me go home till they got fixed or even if it took another 6 hours to fix it I can leave it inside safe. Terrible experience and disorganized service. I bought a tire from them which was no problem but maybe too pricy. But the issue was that I needed an alignment and they guy doing them said I was next. A car went before me and I just assumed I misunderstood the guy. Then they serivice a truck right after. Then I asked when I was next and they said I would be right after. All this went on for about 2 HOURS!I then saw my car getting parked outside and another car (silver honda)got into service before me. I went into the office and asked what was going on. They told me there was that silver Honda then another car before me THEN I would be next. They gave me another 1 hour and a half window.They wasted 2 good hours out of my day off of work and still didnt get my alignment. Should they have been honest with me in the first place I would have came back or something and enjoyed my time with my family. Instead I was out in the heat sitting on a cement bench sweating for nothing. Proceed with caution people.

This place was professional, provided fast service, and gave amazing customer service. I found an Ad on let go and made contact with Daniel who quoted me a great deal. I called in and confirmed the quote and they said they would honor it. I went in the same day and was in and out in about an hour and a half. I had a great experience and got my set of Falken Wildpeak tires. I am a very satisfied customer 🤗

I purchases a new tire for replacing a tire damaged from flat here. I had no choice to go somewhere else. The person who works in the office is not friendly at all to strange customer. When I was ready to pay, standing 2-3 minutes, he told me the amount, then I asked for an invoice, suddenly end up paying lots more than what I was just told. I shouldve ask for an invoice after I paid for it. I had to pay for a labor him to write a lousy invoice, scribbled, no information of the car, mileage, etc. I dont even know the tire information he wrote is correct. NOT RECOMMENDED...

Best tire place and good service

Great price but poor workmanship. I had to come back twice to have them fix the valves stems because they were loose and leaving. I request the first time to check all of them and they said they did but didn’t.

Came in looking for monster tires got a good price but the best thing was the customer service these guys had we weren’t sure on the rims we wanted so they put options on the truck for us to see which one we liked without complaint they made sure we didn’t leave unsatisfied they took care of everything we wanted and gave us good advice. And the best part of it is they finance!!! 100 days no interest ! I absolutely recommend this place

I have an having an air pressure problem with the tires of my 2016 Nissan Versa. Today I ruled out nails or debris. The tires are just very old. In next few months I need to replace them. With proper air pressure now, when I need new tires, I will go to Salinas Tire to get them along with new shocks too.

So far Ive purchased and had installed; lowering springs, sway bar, intake, aftermarket lights, tweeters, rims, tires. The pricing is fine. Not much parking, the workers kind of ignore you and you have to wait for someone to acknowledge your existence but afterwards its straightforward. Definitely going back for more stuff. Minus one star because Ive had to go back a few times because of an issue.

Place quoted me I needed $2000 worth of suspension work done . I went elsewhere to find out my suspension and shocks were fine. The tires Salinas put on prior were too large for my car. I went back to factory wheels and tires and my car is problem less! Their just crooks in every way and hopefully Karma returns then what they deserve! Don’t go to Salinas!

Get to Salinas as early as possible. I was quoted $140 for two rear tires. A very fair price. Technician placed them within 20 minutes. Overall great experience.

Great family owned tire store. Salinas employees work hard and will have tires put on while you wait. They also balance and align tires as well. 2 locations in La Habra. Tires are decent prices as well.they selll new and used tires.Also u can purchase rims there.

2 hours. Thats how long we stood there looking at the car standing there while nobody touched it, looked at it, or simply acknowledged its presence.10 minutes. Thats how long it actually took them to do the job, beginning to end.Zero regard for safety regulations and no proper place to wait. Spare your time and go ANYWHERE else. Beside having the best prices in town!!! I Stopped to get my tire fix I explain to the guy that helped me I was in my lunch brake, it took less than ten minutes I was in and out of that place! Not bad Im a happy camper!

I visited this location about a month ago because I had gotten a flat on my way to my in-laws house. My father in law recommended Salinas highly, so we went over to get a used tire around 2PM. Apparently this is the time when everyone in the place goes on lunch. At least, this is what we were told after 20 minutes of just standing by my car by a bitter little man who seemed angry to be doing his job. It took over an hour just to get a used tire put on. I was hot, tired and sweaty by then, but I paid my $30 and chalked it up to a bad day for them.If the drama ended at the customer service, I would have continued to just think that it was a bad day for them, but it didnt. About 3 days later, I noticed the tire was almost flat. I took it to fill it up with air and saw that it was so low it didnt even register on the pressure gauge. I was annoyed again, thinking how messed up it was that they gave me a tire with no air in it. I filled it and didnt think twice until TWO DAYS LATER it was flat again. I then took it in to my tire place by my house and they informed me that the tire was too worn down and thats why it was losing pressure do quickly. The way these thieves at Salinas positioned the tire made it so the extremely worn side was on the inside of the wheel shaft, so it obviously was done on purpose.So BEWARE of this place. Horrible customer service is one thing, but ripping people off and giving them faulty tires is something else. I have a child and this POS tire they gave me could have blown while she was in the car. Its disgusting that a company can conduct themselves this way. Salinas, not only did you treat us poorly and put our family in danger (all for just $30), but you lost a whole family of customers because my in-laws will never come to your establishment again.

This place is horrible. Bad customer service. I want a week ago and they didnt even take out the nail in my tire. They just took the whole wheel off and fill it up with air and put the wheel back on. No wonder I was surprised on how fast they finished it. They finished it in like 10 mins. This place should shut down. They system is wack. No receipts or anything.

Dope service was quick and was cheap! I had a nail in my tire last time dealership tried to charge me 38 bucks for a fix.. it was 10 bucks here .. i was in and out in 10 minutes or less!
