Great service..found my issue with my unit and got me back up cooling again.

Ive known Luis and Ana since they opened their business several years ago. They have not only serviced my A/C and furnace but they have also taken care of the A/C and furnace for my parents home. I do not recommend just anyone to my parents - Im super protective and also know the expectations of my dad (a retired mechanical engineer)!Both Luis and Ana are thorough, want the best outcome possible for their customers, and are upfront and direct about the available options. With Luis and Ana, I know both my home and my parents home is in good hands. They treat their customers like family and Im forever grateful to have found them.

Great service and professionalism! Luis took care to describe in detail the process of installing a new HVAC system and was true to his word. Our CO detector did its job and alerted us to a leak. Called Ana and asked if they would come and check it out. Luis arrived within a few hours, conducted a thorough inspection, and found a small crack in the heat exchanger. Per law, he shut off the gas and we talked replacement HVAC. Luis showed me the three units they install and discussed the benefits and costs of each. We settled on a Lennox and scheduled installation. Three days later, Luis and assistant arrived, removed the old components, installed and tested the new ones, then cleaned up thoroughly before departing. We are very pleased with HVAC Guys service and our heating unit. Luis promises to return before next years hot weather, fully charge the AC and make sure its working properly. We have no doubt it will! Thanks Ana and Luis for a great experience.

The HVAC Guys, Luis, Ana & the entire crew are thee best in the business. They are honest, personable and most of all professional. Their service is impeccable; quick, clean and they dont try to trick you into purchasing equipment/service that you dont need. We live in La Habra and called HVAC Guys for a air conditioning problem. The cost of the visit was very reasonable and the technician was great. He found the problem quickly and explained in detail all our options. Their prices again seemed reasonable and they offer financing. Would definitely call them again.

So I really have to thank Luis from @the_hvac_guys for coming and servicing my homes heating unit. Can you see in the picture where the elbow has fallen off ... well all the carbon monoxide was staying in our attic! We are truly BLESSED that nothing happened to our baby or our family. There couldve been a serious accident. So Please if you have a heating / AC have it inspected and make sure its running properly, just bc it hasnt broken down, doesnt mean everything is ok. Luis was amazing and educated us and did a great job! Ana sent me text reminders, maps of where the tech was and receipts upon completion, a very professional company. So thank you @the_hvac_guys for possibly saving our lives! ....I have to give Luis from @the_hvac_guys for coming to my house and servicing the heating unit.
