Complete lack of communication. Attempting to get a call back from your loved ones worker is a joke. We called 3 times to change the nurse apt to with my father n laws wound dressing. It wasnt until the hospital called that we got a return call. On top of that when we decided to move Dad, and drop the care did they start doing anything. If family provides any care at all they will do nothing to help. Ridiculous service that only wants to bill medicare for services they are minimally providing!
