Absolutely the worst customer service. They never answer or return phone calls. Our tent showed up late and we had our tent set up for our town celebration over the weekend and the tent was set up in the street. So we needed it removed Monday and after several phone unanswered phone calls, texts, and call backs they finally picked up the tent Thursday night in the dark. We definitely won’t be doing business with them again.
We are planning our wedding and were told to use this company by a friend. I called and left a voicemail about renting from them a couple weeks ago and never received a call back. My soon to be wife finally tried last week and they spoke with her and gave her all the info. we called back today to make our payment and the Lady on the line wasnt pleasant and hung up while we were trying to make the payment. called back 4 times and no one answered. Terrible business practices and they dont seem to care much about making money. terrible terrible place.
I had a relatively small order of tables and chairs during the summer, so the company was understandably busy. However, the communication with the company was sparse, and could be improved. When I could get a hold of the company, they were always pleasant, but more often than not it would take multiple contacts to get a hold of someone. Additionally, I ordered 4 tables and only received 2, and had to mention it during drop off in order to receive the additional two tables.The reason I am writing this review however, and the reason I am disappointed with La Crosse Tent and Awning is that I paid an extra $25 for weekend pickup from the location (An Air BNB that was rented through Saturday morning). I drove past the location on Monday morning, and the tables and chairs were still sitting where they were left, which could have potentially resulted in a fine from the host. I emailed the company asking for them to refund me the $25 (at a minimum), and I did not hear anything. I understand being understaffed but based on other reviews it seems as though the company could use additional hands to do customer service/billing, etc. as mine isnt the first review to point this out.

Had them come to my home to give me a quote for a solar shade. Told me hed bring fabric samples & didnt. We had a nice visit, very nice man, he measured, we discussed options. Then told me hed email me a quote in about a week. That was may 13th (its June 15th now). I havent heard back from them at all & Ive even left 6 messages asking for my quote. Very disappointed. So much for supporting local.
We rented all of our tables and chairs and well as a big pole tent for our wedding from La Crosse Tent & Awning. Their customer service (Teresa) was great, even after I had to call and make a change to my order. As some of the other reviews state, they do charge a hefty delivery fee, but after seeing that it took 2 gentlemen most of the morning to set up the pole tent, I think it is fair. I would work with this company again.
Always there when needed. Always very helpful and courteous. We were stuck in a very tight spot once and they helped smooth everything out for us. Weve been their loyal customers ever since.

Our company has used them on numerous occasions, and everything has been perfect, from the consultation to the setup, the takedown and the price. The are very thorough, very efficient, and everything was exactly as we had discussed and envisioned. When it comes to entertaining, there is no other company I would work with.
We were very dissatisfied with the level of customer service and ability to be flexible with our situation. After multiple attempts to have a conversation with their associates we were met with rudeness and anything but assistance. We really hope this company invests in some sort of customer service training for their employees.Edited review to be 3 stars instead of five as they did end up helping us out with our situation. The initial rudeness by one of their employees is still really inappropriate.
Not friendly at all! They make me want to buy a bunch of chairs and tents to run them out of business. Treat people w kindness, not like we are your current inconvenience!
Spoke with one of the reps and almost got a visit but never got called back. I later left two messages with a rep who said they would call back but they never did. Im trying to get a residential awning done since I dont want one of those big box pop-up canopies; my search continues.
I was not impressed with my experience with La Crosse Tent & Awning, that includes the equipment I rented as well as customer service. Before signing the contract, I tried to find another company to use but this was the only one I could find in La Crosse.Customer service was poor. I emailed an inquiry and had not heard anything back for a week. I then called to follow up and they seemingly didnt receive my email. Once I made contact with someone, responses were slow. I would not receive an email back for 2-3 business days and I was under a bit of a time crunch with the event.The equipment that was rented was in poor condition. The chairs were dirty and scuffed up, the tables were in worse condition, and the podium was a strange, folding, plastic thing. We couldnt figure out how to assemble the podium so we ended up not using it at all.I really dont have anything positive to say about the experience.

Worst experience ever. Overpriced rentals. Overpriced delivery fee. Horrible customer service. These people have a sense of entitlement when you do business with them. 👎

I cannot believe they are still in business. Poor customer service. Had to go to Brice Prairie to pick up half of my reserved items. Then when I went to return them the hours were 8 a.m. till noon got there at 9 and no one was around and didnt answer the phone. Waited for 30 minutes for someone to show up.
Worst customers service experience possibl . Wont return phone calls when they promised. No one is hardly ever in the shop. Cant even give an estimate on a job.
