This place is horrible on getting you a job. If you have any kind or petty record like a darn speeding ticket. Forget it. And the staff believe they are above the law and look down on you like they have have a job and you don’t.

Olsten staffing is one of the worst companies Ive ever worked for. I injured my back at a work site that I was sent too. And the work site told Olsten they can accommodate my restrictions, I was offered a bar stool with no back support. I wouldve had to lean forward with my foot in the foot pedal in order to perform the duties that was given to me, which would have put stress on my back even more. And when I told them that, they took it as I was refusing work and fired me. They reported to workers comp. that I refused work also which now Im sitting at home with back pain and havent received anything for lost wages. All because of the report olsten gave to the insurance company thats over their workers comp. Now the doctor has sent all my medical records over to the insurance company which stated that I needed a sit with back support and I still havent received my lost wages, its been 3 weeks now....smdh

Our office had occasion to utilize Olstens staffing services to fill a clerical position in our office, and we really appreciated the effort their staff went through to find just the right person. Theirs is a more robust staff than most other offices of their size, which allows them to really take the time to make sure each placement is a good fit. Julie, in particular, really went above and beyond on everything, and impressed us with how professional and caring she was. Its obvious that this is a passion of hers, and it shows in her work. Another nice thing about Olsten Staffing is the fact that they do the pre-screening and provide the benefits for their placements, so you dont have to. It really made it easy for us to just tell them what we wanted, and then stop worrying about it while they did the work to find it for us. While I hope we dont find ourselves with any staffing deficiencies again in the near future, I now know I wont need to spend any time worrying about it if it does happen!

Worst customer service and unprofessional attitude through an agency Ive experienced when applying there. By the way, they deny anyone that hasnt been working for two months, even if you have children, at least that is what they originally called me to tell me, is that true? Has anyone else received bias comments by them?
