Very nice young man helped me. Knowledgeable! He changed the battery in my Galaxy s8+ phone. Explained exactly what he was going to do and how long it would take! GREAT CUSTOMER service all the way around. From first call letting me know the battery I needed was not available and would call me after it was in, to the moment I paid and walked out the door. 10 stars guys!! (If I could)

Fast friendly service. The new battery seems good for now but only time will tell. Not 5 stars because they didn’t explain anything about the aftermarket battery installed or any type of guarantee on the work. Hopefully I won’t need to worry about that though. I do think the fee should be less considering Apple only charges 29.99. And when an outside source opens the iPhone it voids the warranty with Apple. Whatever, they were fast.

It was a disaster. Scheduled an iPhone 6S Plus battery replacement and returned to the store to find a destroyed phone. They exchanged the destroyed one for a similar refurbished phone which came in 1 week later. I paid $60 for the “battery replacement”.This place is a non-authorized Apple dealer. The “new”phone says 85% battery despite reportedly being a new battery. I was told that this is because it is not an Apple battery so may not be “reading” it correctly, but I am skeptical that a new battery was ever put in the refurbished phone. In addition, my battery life does not seem much better which was the problem I was trying to address. Also, I could not hear out of the earpiece on the new phone. I did my own repair by poking small holes into the earpiece with a fine needle and cleaning the earpiece thoroughly. It’s still not perfect but at least functional now.If you have an IPhone or Apple product, I would not recommend this place!!

I Fell on my iPhone so it would not charge. Brought it in the next day and Shannon figured out what parts it needed and called another store to get it in the truck returning later that day. They had my phone completed the next day. While they had the phone open, I had them replace the battery as the phone was about 2 years old. Having a second service on the phone cut the cost in half of the second (saved $30)Upon picking it up, I noticed that there was a crack in the glass screen protector that wasn’t there before. I mentioned it and they replaced it on the spot.

So far so good, the store staff was very professional and efficient. Like many my cellphone is my only means of communication when out and about. Less then 1 hour later and I am back in business. Staff took the time to explain how to maximize battery life. Highly recommend.

Found Batteries & Bulbs on Mormon Coulee Rd. in LaCrosse and made a call to find out if they could replace my battery in my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about my product and the services they could provide. Drove to their story, dropped off my phone and within the time they predicted the phone was completed and ready for pickup. The young man at the counter did the final checks to make sure everything up working properly and we were off! Great Job, save me a bundle not have to buy another phone!

I cracked my screen and took it here to get replaced. It took about 20 minutes just to drop it off which was unexpected. Was then told to come back in 3 hours and not the 2 hours they told me it would take over the phone an hour earlier when I called to confirm they had the part. Everything looked fine when I picked it up but when I got home and attempted to make a call I found the speaker volume is so low now that I have to use my speaker phone to hear the other person. Not cool!

The cost was less then another place I was recommended by the phone store and that place was going to keep my phone for 3 days! My phone was fixed in an hour. The people were friendly and helpful at Batteries Plus! Thank you!

They replaced the battery on my iPhone but in the process busted my screen and replaced it with an after market one that has now caused the touch features to completely stop working. The battery runs down worse than my old battery. Do not recommend for any Apple device repair.

It cost just under $100 to fix my cracked phone screen. Within 24 hours, my phone screen started acting up. Not able to enter my passcode, buttons not working, etc. The screen goes crazy. It’s such a pain! Texting is nearly impossible sometimes. Not happy. Now I have to get my phone looked at again.

Instead of upgrading my phone, I had them replace the battery. It works like new now!

Staff was very friendly and they did a very nice job with the screen repair. However, I am very disappointed in the new screen on my iPhone 8 as the colors are very washed out. I wish this would have been disclosed as I wouldn’t have had my screen replaced here.

Unfortunately when we picked up the iPhone that they replaced the screen the phone not longer worked and lost service, for this very unhappy and on top of the charge had to purchase a new phone.
