I contacted Central States Investigations on behalf of a family member. Joshua, the owner, answered the phone on a Sunday and answered my initial questions professionally. We scheduled an initial consultation in Madison where the company has a satellite office and additional personnel. Joshua met us at a coffee shop for a free consultation and answered all of our questions calmly and professionally and provided us with some very good advice.
