Zach Janzen is on this La Crosse State Farm team. Being skeptical to even take the time to get an initial quote I was quickly put at ease. Being in a family with a military background weve always used the same insurance company. Zach also being part of the military reserves he also was familiar with the company, yet was able to quickly put together a preliminary insurance quote that came in over $300 less which is something that we will be looking into. Being local & able to be reached if there is ever an issue is something that is just not available with the company we are currently with. Recently (3 years later) we again had to move out of state FROM La Crosse and Zach Janzen was extremely helpful. He helped set up a new homeowners policy in our new state (walked me through everything during the process) and was in contact with myself and my bank at all times (often several times per day, even though the matter was not time-sensitive he understood the need to complete it promptly).
