Called to schedule a simple couch removal. They took down my information and told me they would arrive at 2:00 PM that same day. 2:00 rolls around and nobody shows up. Fair enough, things happen, I figure Id give them some time.30 min later I try to call them to see about an ETA. No answer. By 3:00, nobody has shown up and I continue to call without any response.Nobody ever showed up or returned my calls. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable, I wouldnt recommend anyone working with these clowns.

Hired J Dog to build a back porch. Yes the porch was built still has things that need to be fixed and boards to get adjusted. After the full amount was paid they never came back. They were supposed to fix boards and other things like rails are still loose. Uneven boards....Light was never put on..Then major thing was stain the wood well that didn’t get done either. Basically after company was paid a few thousand they never came back. This was at end of sept early October!!!! I wouldn’t recommend J dog they weren’t cheap either!!! Left all supplies on my grass. Still sitting on my grass!!

I was responsible for clearing out my uncle’s home of 25 years. I selected JDog since they support veterans and recycle as much as possible rather than junking everything. Sammy coordinated two crews to help meet our needs. Caleb, Micheal, Stewart and Jose did a great job. I would highly recommend this company.

Responsive, easy and affordable. I called JDog Junk Removal for a last minute dumpster and they were able to provide it earlier than any other location I contacted. Pick up and drop off were seamless and the employees were so nice. Prices are competitive. I will definitely work with them again.

So as many home owners know you have the tendency to accumulate a ton of stuff. We were moving out of our home and relocating 200 miles away. With only hours to spare before heading out I called Damon at JDog. The service was courteous and prompt arriving within the hour to get me a quote and even provided removal service same day. He went above and beyond to help me out on literally a last minute call. From the moment you call to the time removal is preformed you will not be disappointed.

First off I love nothing more than to support veterans. But besides that fact, J Dog did an amazing job. They communicated very well and their price was fair. They showed up when they said they would and completed the project in a timely fashion. I have zero complaints. I would absolutely recommend them.

These guys were awesome. I tried a competitor first and the day before they were to arrive, they called to inform me the piano would be extra - even though I had discussed same at the time of scheduling. I called JDog that afternoon and they came the next morning, in time, amazingly quick and at less than half the cost. Hoorah!

I put a big haul off job on thumbtack, Jdog responded immediately with a competitive and reasonable bid. I ended up choosing them because of their professionalism, price, and the fact that they are veteran owned. The guys who showed up were very polite and I felt no need to stand out and supervise (as I often do hiring work off thumbtack). I needed half of the wood and metal scraps hauled off and half of it moved onto a patio. They worked quickly yet were extremely organized. I was very happy with the work they did and I would suggest this company to anyone. I will absolutely use them again.

I bought an open box refrigerator at Lowes before closing time on a Saturday night. Lowes does not deliver open box items, therefore I called JDog and they were able to pick up my fridge and have it delivered the very next morning. I cannot tell you how stressed I was in 1) having my fridge break 2) shopping for a fridge 3)buying a fridge ($$$) and then 4) figuring out how to get it home.JDog took my worries away and the guys who picked up/delivered made sure to call me to keep me updated on their whereabouts. I would definitely call JDog again.

I have used jdog in kyle TX several times. They have always been prompt and fair in their pricing. The first time I used jdog they came out and removed an old hot tub, they were able to cut it into pieces and remove it through an existing gate, and they cleaned up the area afterward! Today I called about two old couches, they were able to get them on the same day and the crew couldnt have been better. Thanks jdog!
