I just needed a tow down the road back home (3 miles) and $80 ($87 by card) was a very reasonable price from what I got calling around the tow companies here near Kyle. The man was very nice and even knew how to get the car in Neutral when it wouldnt turn on. Super prompt service, I didnt have to wait but 30 minutes for him to show up. ^w^

This company was outstanding ! Trapped on I-H 35 heading north to Austin at 9:30. We had a blowout!AAA said a driver would be there at 10:09. There never found one. The contact Eagle Towing at 11:40 He was at our rescue in 25 minutes . Our safety first was his concern! He told us to call the police to guide the traffic away from the truck while he loaded out truck onto a 1st class towing truck.He guided me carefully into his truck while the cars speeded by.He truck was clean offered a trip for a drink and bathroom break before heading back to Sam Antonio He was amazing !

I have to say thank you again for your service tonight. Very caring,compassionate and knew the sense of urgency soon as notified. If it had not been for this company and the driver, I would still be stuck on the shoulder of 80+mph drivers. Although not my tow provider, who I will be ending my policy with after today😒 This is the only tow truck service/driver that came to my aide twice after I turned him away the first time as I thought my tow provider was in route, double back to check in on me as I was on the highway for more than 8hours. If I lived around this area, This company would be the only service I would deal with! Got to me swiftly and safely got me and my car to the nearest hotel. I was called by person towing my vehicle because I was able to leave it and wait at home. I was then given updates when he got to my car also he called me when he brought my car home. I was grateful for this service because my car broke down at 9:30 at night.

Initially I couldnt find anyone to tow my vehicle then I received a call from Eagle stating they were willing to tow it for me. I wastold it would be a while before anyone would arrive. Skeptical, I thought by it being later in the evening they wouldnt come until the following morning. However, Eagle kept me informed of their arrival every step of the way. Richard responded to our towing request after another towing company left us stranded for several hours. He not only responded to us immediately, he communicated with us every step of the way. Richard was a class act. Very professional,friendly, and very good at his job. I had a blowout and busted ball joint which would present a significant challenge to most tow truck operators (the wheel was no longer attached to the vehicle), but he handled it like a pro, loaded and unloaded it with expert precision, and prevented any further damage from happening. I would definitely recommend his service.

My car broke down on the tollway in North Austin. Called AAA to try to have someone come out. Waited for several hours, with AAA telling me most tow drivers were refusing to come out. Richard and Eagle R Towing answered the call. AAA mistakenly told him I was broken down in Buda. He drove all the way up to Pfugerville to tow me even after finding out the mistake. After waiting for a tow that was to arrive at 4:43 pm thru AAA, that we put in a ticket at 3:00 pm, I contacted AAA again, only to be given no explanation why the tow was not there, they contacted Eagle R and he arrived BEFORE the stated time, at 6:30, yea you read that time correctly, and was very courteous and very apt at what needed to be done! I was very grateful to this company! I’m sorry to the driver, that I don’t remember your name, but you really made a very frustrating afternoon much more bearable!!

My car broke down on the inner side of the highway in Kyle about 15/20 minutes from my house. Called a few towing places, and was quoted around 150 just to have my car towed a short distance. Called Eagle R Towing, and was told itd be about half what the other places were charging. The driver, Richard was really friendly, and had my car at my house in about 20 minutes. Super fast and friendly service, and reasonable prices.
