Great place for a part time job. Work as little as 3 hours a week or up to 30. It is very busy place. Everyone is always on the move. Been here since the opening. Sites getting busy by the day.

In the last two weeks Ive had over ten shipments show they were on the way then get marked running late, then undeliverable. Our warehouse has been on the route for over a year and weve not had problems. Now all of a sudden the items are on the truck and in the way, then undeliverable. Ive called about them and Ive gotten no answers. Im a prime member and I couldnt even get the items replaced. They couldnt or wouldnt replace items. No apologies, and no real help. I was assured it would not happen again, but this morning Ive got items undeliverable that werent even scheduled to be there until today. Its 7am. So this is the new norm?

My experience working there was 50/50 ( but in honesty more 48/50 ) because of how good people work there, and how people change for the good or better for better experience in the workplace but on the bad side they can be unorganized, put sneakily hours when the value of packages are over numbers as they were expecting to finish keep workers to weathered stay for one hour or 30 minutes ( in which is not bad for people who dont have second jobs or class like college or trade in cases like this I would recommend to leave a one hour as an option for people to weather stay or leave ) as well if you are cover by people that are in charge of the shifts by the add hours you can avoid getting a red check mark from your working schedule but if you dont talking to the HR can help you if you have luck in you side by deciding weather they can fix your red check mark problem or not help you them you got to either let it pass and get low payment at the end of the week or talk many people that are in charge of the working place to help you fix the problem but if that doesnt work then you got to change you time schedule from first shift to second and second to first or just change your hours to at least complete you shift .For what I can say is that there are good people working there its just the management the got some of the people overwhelmed to complete a day work and the reason I know this is because I see them pushing them limits that cant seems to past without at least a day or two day off for the people in charge they go through a lot within shifts but I cant speak for them . Anyways this is my review like I say 50/50 (or 48/50) on this good side and bad side if there were organized better with the numbers values and fair putting hours on day, noon, and night shift then it could be a bit of breeze with the HR understanding the situation of the workers.

I would give this place zero stars...they are horrible at delivering on time. This is the 2nd time that our package has been lost at this place in Kyle. You call customer service and the only info they can give you is what we can see already on the app.Update...they lost another package...this Kyle location is horrible

This location has a serious issue with getting packages delivered on time. Items arrive at the facility and recently they depart to the next facility and get misrouted. It started off with 1 per year and now approximately 90% of my packages never make it to Austin. My home is 42 min drive to the Kyle location and it is rediculous how nearly every package ends up multiple states away. Amazon has no sense of urgency in correcting the errors. They either have an employee issue, a management issue or an equipment issue. Poor customer service, poor management and the worst service in the country.

Preordered ratchet and clank 2 weeks ago was supposed to be here today. Was on a truck for delivery got delayed..Now it says it will be here the 12-13th. We’ll see if it even makes it by then…

Very organize and all staff is friendly.

I’ve worked there for a few months. They just opened in early October.There is a lot of information that they didn’t make clear to their new hires at that time and a lot about the job is still unclear.Often times they move you from station to station on a whim, so you never know what to expect when you go in. They are unclear about hours and some days you might “flex-up” to 5 hours or “flex-down” to three, even though you are always scheduled for 4.They offer voluntary time off on days that they anticipate will be slow but then work the remaining employees that don’t take off a lot harder to compensate. They want as much work done with as few people as possible.There is an unclear hierarchy, with different kinds of “vests” on the floor, that are supposed to be helping, but often times I think they are condescending and rude. I think they are being worked as hard as we are but they have no patience and it’s often unpleasant to work for them.I feel we have limited resources as employees, because even though we have HR and a hotline, I don’t know how much everything gets through. After all, it’s internal, and so it’s the company judging itself. I think there should be an external review of this place and some of their practices.

Ive had 3 package on different times come to this place when I have Amazon prime and I need this important stuff when it say it come in a day. I ordered days early on the day I need it and they still runn late idk what it is but I do not like my package comming here bc I dont get them on time when I need them. but any other Amazon warehouse send my stuff right on time
