Great group of pool guys. Sensible, practical, and zero upselling. They have great knowledge of pools and our area and what works and does not work. Would highly recommend and continue to use as needed for my pool needs!

1st diagnosis was cleaner is working just fine - (was not) 2 diagnosis a quote between 800..00 - 1000.00 (within days of each other) 2nd time came out I WAS NOT TOLD they were coming, emailed them and hoped for - if they were a communication company they would fail miserably, Customer Service is not part of their mission statement -nor do they show it - this was 2 time to want to use them - it will be my last !

Keith called and got us warranty help we had not been able to get Anthony and Sylvan to respond!

I have used High Tide over the past several years and when we had the recent freeze, they were prompt to come out, assess the problem, and get my pool back online. Several neighbors of mine also use High Tide.

I would of been better off servicing my own pool. It will cost me more to correct what this business damaged then the original service charges. When the issues were discovered the company would not respond.

When I called to speak to Keith (owner), he just hung up the phone without even saying he is not interested or he is busy showing how unprofessional and inconsiderate he is. As a local business owner myself, I would never do that to anyone who calls my business. Have the guts to politely end the conversation than being a jerk.This shows how he handles his clients.

We have been using High Tide for a few years now to maintain our pool at a busy vacation rental property. We have been very happy with their work over the years and they have taken a big weight off our shoulders knowing it will always be in good shape and ready for the next group!

I had a pool pump go out on Friday and called many different companies with no response. On Sat. morning I called several more, per the recommendations from the Next Door neighborhood website page, and Kieth with High Tide pools was the only person to call me back. Its now Monday night & no other companies have returned my call. Keith called me back asap on Sat. morning and I was even able to text him photos of my pool and the entire system so he could know what to expect. We discussed multiple options and costs over the phone, even though he wasnt able to come out and look until Monday morning. He came out today and we had a great experience. We are very impressed with his quick response time and willingness to spend a lot of time with us today. He explained everything we need to do to take care of our new pool system ourselves. He was honest, and didnt try to sell us on any extras. So far I am very impressed and we will definitely call him again in the future!To add to this............a few months later............We had our pool heater go out last week, and Keith told us what part we needed, and walked us through how to fix it over the phone so we could turn on the heater for our party the next day! Now that is service! He was busy, and wasnt sure when he could get out to our house, so I asked if we could trouble shoot stuff over the phone. Of course he said yes. How many people would do that? I think Keith is awesome. He has helped us many times now!!

Very knowledgeable about pools, very personable and easy to speak to. Hes on our list for all projects that are pool related but fall outside of my comfort zone for sure.

BUYER BEWARE!! Extremely unprofessional and harassing owner. Asked them to meet me at my house to bid repairs on my pump. They showed up (without notice) while I wasnt home, took apart my pool pump without permission and left with a critical part from the pump. Then they wrote me a bid for several hundred dollars of work that didnt need to be done and had the nerve to send me a service fee on top of it, which they never told me up front!! I had to go to the store and buy the part they accidentally took and never brought back and put the pump back together myself. Worst part is when I got it back together, nothing was ever wrong with the pump... the water was below the skimmer in the pool!!!!! The owner insisted that the repairs to the pump were needed, but all I did was put the pump back together and fill the pool with water and it worked again. Owner refused to reimburse me for the part they stole and when I refused to pay the service fee within 30-60 days he started sending me threatening text messages and started adding $30 and $100 late fees to an $85 service call and bombarding me with invoice after invoice. Within a couple months he was now trying to charge me hundreds of dollars. Because of the ongoing text message/email harrassment from the owner and the aggressive invoicing, Ive decided to file complaints with the State. Stay AWAY from this company!! Unbelievable!!!

Great pool maintenance service at a reasonable price!

We used this service for a few years until they grew too big to manage their work quality and customer service professionalism. Despite complaining about this, they did not ever notify us if the scheduled pool service would not be done, or to be done on another day. I later began to feel they were using too many chemicals and/or too much of them. The owner was very defensive when asked to explain an increasing cost trend. When equipment work was done incorrectly, he again was defensive. The last time this occurred, I fixed it myself, and told them their work did not have the quality to earn their $100+/hr labor. I then terminated their business.

Always show up. Pool looks great and the communication is top notch!

This company is horrible. He takes on too many jobs and then doesnt havr time to complete them all. Worst pool experence ever. I had to pay $1000 to fix his mistakes.
