Well the washers could be a little less expensive . But nice. And clean.

Nice place, clean and lots of machines. Not crowded and all the machines were servicable

Very dirty but that means its usually empty so you can get in and out quickly. Never had a machine eat my quarters.

There is NEVER a person there to give change or complain to about those machines taking my money. We are always having to drive around frontage road to find which business will give us change! WHO DO WE COMPLAIN TO. Mr. T has never wanted to give a contact number. Don’t know why he has this laundromat for years if he doesn’t want to deal with issues. Also has a water dispenser outside that doesn’t function.

Although the machines dont take ccs, they do work and dont just eat your quarters. Also no one tried to kill me. I appreciate that! Thanks guys.

It was clean.not many people in there. Was able to do laundry fast.and out of there. Will go back again.

Cleaned and great washers. There is always an employee there 24 hours. Its a very inexpensive. They have huge washers and huge dryers. This place is always clean

Could be cleaner and a little updated. Gumball machines dont always work!! A couple dryers dont dry too well. But I enjoy the time to myself when Im there!!

A great place to wash clothes in an out of the way environment. People keep to themselves here, but are very friendly. Good machines that take quarters. Very clean and airy. That is thanks to the huge ceiling fans. Ahhh.

The AC was not working when I was there. The place seems to be alone more often than not. No management available for issues with the machines. Soda machine was sold out of almost everything.

Its an alright place. Lots of machines dont work. Seeing people put in money and then realizing its inoperable is disappointing. Place needs a good cleaning/dusting. Guess Kyle is fortunate to have this place at all.

Its run down, but it serves its purpose. The dryers could be hotter.

No change machine, no sosp machine. Half the driers took money didnt run. Needs a lot of attention

Driers need maintenance, no manager on site, no number to call, walls inside are tagged on, needs cleaning. Didnt even want to use restroom here! Double stack driers first on the bottom put 31 minutes on and it didnt dry at all was still cold and wet 😡 dont use it!!

It smells. It is dirty. On the weekends, good luck trying to get quarters. The coin machine always runs out and the worst thing of all....there are no carts for you to transport clothing from washer to dryer. It is horrible. They know they Dont have to improve anything because they are the ONLY laundromat in Kyle and Buda and it sucks. Definitely recommend driving to San Marcos to wash at Spin Cycle or literally ANYWHERE else.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Seriously, DO NOT WASH HERE! Where do I begin...the first time I came here, my clothes ended up smelling horrible and the dryer that I used didnt dry my clothes thoroughly despite putting in 60minutes worth of quarters. Then the 2nd time I went (why I went a second time is beyond me) I had to wash a load twice cause the washer didnt drain my clothes properly and they were soaked. THEN ONCE AGAIN, my clothes were not dryed properly!!! I wasted 20+ on 3 loads!!! DO NOT WASH HERE! The washers dont work and the dryers dont work either . Im sure they are aware of which work and which dont but wont put signs cause they want to steal your money. DO NOT WASH HERE!!

Its a great little place. There isnt anyone on staff though if a machine breaks down and no way to get any contact.

Busy, efficient process, reasonable cost. Just passing through and appreciated this self service laundry.

Maybe you should hire an Attendant.. Or staff your location. I like its quite location

No manager on duty, no phone number for management, and the front loader ate my money then held my clothes hostage while it whirred and clicked for the time it takes to cycle. I am on a budget and cant afford to waste money on useless ventures when I need clean clothes to wear to work!

Excellent washers, but the location needs a good spring cleaning from top to bottom.

Speed Queen industrial machines worked well on my work clothes. In and out, in about an hour.

Said on sign: LAST LOAD IN BY 10:30Had 4 machines loaded at 9:30. They made me leave with wet clothes at 11. I will never go back there again even if I have to pay double somewhere else.

Love Mr. T. He does his best to keep this laundromat running.

Doing remodeling to my house and my utility room is out.. came here to wash clothes. These machines are very out dated and not maintained, half dont work, hear the customers that come often tell me that its always been this way and that the doors to the dryers dont shut and dont heat up so people are wasting their money here. Sadly to say that I wont be coming back..

Drier would not work, no sign on it and attendant on duty spent 90% of her shift on the phone. She refused to give me a refund saying she didnt understand my English. She apparently didnt understand Spanish either.I will never come here again. Ill drive to Austin instead.

No available manager contact number to call. Used a large commercial washer that took my money and machine was not functioning. Can hear water in machine but machine did not spin. Again, no manager on site and no contact number available on signs or on site.

Really wish they had larger washing machines! $2 wash and about $1.25 to dry

If there were half a star to rate this place, I would gladly ...They have poor hygiene. There is never any person for complaints and apart from that the machines are always broken and they have no signal, this day I have lost more than 5 dlls in those machines and ovio it is not x the money simply x the time that one loses in waiting and checking that no serves and change machine .....Terrible service 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

This place is always unattended, the manager is never there to receive complaints and neither does he leave his number to call him.
