Spectrum hasnt failed me yet. I worked at home for the federal government and I never had a problem. I live in the county not the city either.
The young casher, help was so nice and helpful. This company need to hire more people like her.. Consuelo explains everything step by step. And if she doesnt know the answer she gets to find the answer for your question very knowledgeable person
Did a walk in, wanting to know plans and rates. Conzuelo truly made the process so easy. She was super professional and had the patience to answer each and every question. & on top of that she speaks Spanish! Highly recommend her!!
Consuela stayed late to solve the issues I was having transferring phone information and was very cheerful and personable the whole time.

Our bill went up after our introductory period $50+ each month. From $125 to $179/ month. Went into the store to see what they could do to reduce my bill. They reduced the TV selection we had and told me if I added home phone by bill would go down to inly$102/month. I left with the new router and phone box which I did not intend to use.My next bill arrives and it is $175!I called in to customer service and was told sorry that happened but the sales person in the store was wrong. They refused to offer me a credit and said I could cancel tv and have only internet for $79/ month but still needed to pay my current bill!This store is the worst and I would not recommend them or Spectrum in general.Update:Got in touch with a supervisor and he was able to fix the issue.It was a hassle but finally got a reduced bill and TV back.
Spectrum in general seems to have particularly poor customer service. I just waited on the phone for over 40 minutes to cancel streaming service and no one answered. And the elevator on hold music is annoying as well. This review may not apply to this store in particular but spectrum in general

If you can go with someone else please do so. I do not recommend them to anyone. Spectrum is average at best. Internet is constantly going out and prices keep going up every few months it seems. They make working from home difficult when I have to rely on internet connection to be available during the day. My neighborhood has had it out several times this past year. Sometimes for more than 5 hours (even longer) in the middle of the week during work hours. I’m at my in laws and they too just lost internet service. It’s been out for 6 hours and counting. Thank you Spectrum!! FYI neither time was there bad weather including now. Go Comcast. They are best I’ve ever had. That’s my opinion though.

Leaving a review is a waste of time. They are the only service available in the area so either do without it or deal with the headache. Spectrem knows they got us all by the little hairs so they just laugh at us wasting our time. But my wife won’t let me vent to her anymore so you guys have to listen...First - This reviews has nothing to do with customer service agents. It’s like that even know the service spectrem provides is junk. I’ve always had a great experience when dealing with the people.My issue is the service. My connection goes out once a day for hours at a time. I’ve spent over $300 on the best modem/router for my needs and it still when down. I even paid for a geek squad rep to come out and install which was an extra cost. So spectrem sent a tech out. He said it’s because we’re not using their equipment. So fine, sell me your junk. I’ve replaced their equipment 3 times now and it still goes down. We learned to live with it but now that the kids are going back to school and doing online classes. This can’t happen! I’m going to the store again today to replace this for the 4th time!!!!
To start off with spectrum is probably the only thing in the area that provides internet service. They say they have the fastest speeds starting up to (200mbps) that is blatantly false!When surfing on the internet and downloading games I can barely reach a 40mbps on a good day. Oh btw I had to buy an Ethernet connection for that!! Spectrum is a big BIG scam and is not worth your money and time. 10/10 would not do again.
They were very helpful and thoughtful. Lines were short and handled me changing my account very well.
The employees at this location are amazing! I went in today to set up spectrum mobile, because I was leaving Sprint, and I went in with somewhat of a weird situation but Julie immediately knew what to do and completely took care of me. She even waited to take her lunch to help me! I was there for quite a while and even had to leave and then come back but Julie and everyone else there were very patient with me. I also had a great conversation with one of the guys that worked there while we were waiting for my phone to backup, but I didn’t catch his name unfortunately. Overall just a really good experience and nothing I would’ve ever experienced going to Verizon or Sprint.
Ok...there a lot of shops and stores that I like to frequent at this intersection of I35 and FM 1626. And my newest fave is the knew Spectrum office/shop there. I really appreciate that I can visit a nice facility that is not crowded and stocked wirh the latest mobile phones at really good price points. Very service focused employees on my recent visit.

Absolutely the WORST connection I have ever experienced. I just cant believe I pay over $100 a month to constantly lose signal not even 50ft from the router/modem!!!!! I wish I could leave no stars or that another service provider was available in my area!!!!
I live in Kyle and I am constantly experiencing internet connection issues. Technicians have came to my home on three separate occasions and the problems persist. I am close to cancelling my service and opting for a different internet provider because the internet service is terrible.
Very unstable internet service. I get intermittent lost of connection everyday for few months now. I was planning to try their mobile service but changed my mind after I have issues with their internet connection.
The best service and the best staff. That guy Justin really knows what hes talking about. makes the whole spectrum brand look good!
Friendly staff. I change carriers every few years. This was the smoothest transfer Ive had. Now to see how much money I actually save.

Let me first say Im covid + my house is under quarantine. I have the cash to pay but my card is empty. They want me to traval to pay or they will turn my services off. Those in my house not infected are being punished because I cant leave my house.

This is really one of the worst businesses ever. A technician came out yesterday (3 hours after when she was supposed to be here), spent an hour messing around with stuff, and explained that everything was fixed. Today the home internet service is somehow worse than before she came. This business wouldnt last 5 minutes if there was any other option for home internet service in our neighborhood. Terrible product, overpriced, and terrible customer service. If you have any other options for home internet service, dont choose Spectrum.

Do not use Spectrum mobile! We have been with them for a year and when it came time for our phone upgrade they said NO bc we do not have wifi service with them. We originally did, but since Spectrum does not service our new residence we had to go with Grande. After paying almost a $100 a month for a year we are told we can not upgrade or add additional lines to our plan simply because we do not have wifi with them.
