Appointment was at 1:30pm. By 2:00pm I had called, emailed, and texted multiple times with no answer. At 2:30pm I received an automated text with a link giving me the ETA of the cleaning crew. It was 3:05 pm! Texted AGAIN and finally got a call. My wife told him she had taken off work to be here at 1:30 and has been waiting and trying to reach someone. He stated they were running late. My wife told him 15 min is running late not 1.5 hrs and he should have communicated with us way before 2:45pm. He hung up on her. He texted me and said my wife was rude. I cancelled the service. Terrible customer service.Very unprofessional. No communication. No show.

Not happy. Some cleaning was ok. Some, like the floors, were not done well. When I brought this up, I was told they could come back for an additional fee. Other issuses, but I dont have the time. I Do not recommend them.
