I was hit by a rock creating a big ole crack in my windshield! I called and they were able to get me in immediately. Thought the crack was too big to “repair”, but they got out the air and made sure to stop the crack from spreading anymore. Manual was very attentive and knowledgeable! He made sure I understood the process and got me out of there in 15 minutes!

This business certainly lives up to their name. I had an amazing experience working with Manuel.When I walked out to my car this afternoon to see a large crack on my windshield, I prepared myself mentally to have to shell out a bunch of money. However, Manuel quoted a very fair price which was below what some other chain places had quoted. As an added bonus I like to use local businesses when possible. It is definitely clear that Manuel cares about his customers and the community he serves.Manuel was friendly and explained in detail my different options.Not only did the price not break the bank, but he performed quality work in a timely manner. I will definitely be coming back for all my auto glass needs (but hopefully rocks will stay out of my cars future for a while).

I called them on a Tuesday afternoon for a windshield replacement, and spoke to Manuel. He got me on the schedule for Wednesday at 9-11am. I got a text letting me know the technicians were on there way at 8:54 and by 9:05 they were there. They worked quick and were done in about a half an hour. Professional, quality work, and the best prices that I could find in the area.

This is the second vehicle that Elite Auto Glass has helped us with! Manuel did a fantastic job of explaining our options to us. We replaced our entire front windshield and they were able to work around distributors and even the rain to get the job done in a timely and professional manner. First of all, for the exact same service, they were half the cost of safelite glass or anyone my insurance recommended. They came out to my house the same day I called and it only took about an hour. They did a great job communicating throughout the entire process and when they did arrive the were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them!!

I called to get a quote from multiple different companies. Safelite wanted to charge over $450 to replace my windshield and 5 star was charging $200 less and they were able to come do the repair at my house. They said it would take 2 hours to replace and the techs were done in 30 minutes. Overall solid service - thanks to Manuel for getting this all setup for me.

My wife went to Express Valvoline to get the car inspected and there was someone there from 5 Star Elite Auto Glass that spoke with her about the chip we had in our windshield that we had not fixed yet because SafeFlight is so expensive. She found out they could do the repair under preventative maintenance with our insurance no out of pocket cost. When she came home I couldnt hardly tell where the chip was at first. I had to get close and get the sun to shine just right to see it. Very Nice Job. The one SafeFlight Auto Repair did looks like a hack job compared to what 5 Star Elite Auto Glass Did.

Just had an oil change and Manuel informed me of a windshield chip I hadnt even noticed yet. So he called Esurance for me and presuming theyd OK the repair he started on it. For a procedural reason they wanted me to wait, have it inspected etc... Manuel went ahead and repaired it at no charge with a full warranty on it. Thats good service! Ill be back!

I called a little before 9:00am to get an estimate for getting my windshield replaced. By 11:00am the tech was at my house to replace it. Their service was even cheaper than the competition.
