This location does not care about customer service, will not work to solve any problem that is caused on their end. Find a different locally owned ups store.
This location steals packages and the way its done, UPS will tell you its not their problem.

This place great very easy to drop off your returns with no worries . They pack it ship it and all so you dont have to. I use them for alot of other things as well. Friendly & knowledgeable staff

Tired to book to flight to INDIA, but couldnt afford the airplane tickets. SO i came to UPS to ship myself. VERY DISAPPOINTED, they could not fulfill my request.

I went it to do a return with a prepaid shipping label and the woman who worked there was extremely rude . I was wearing a mask under my full faced motorcycle helmet and she made remove my helmet to see my mask . I was extremely annoyed as it’s not easy to remove a helmet. She made me cause more exposure by doing that than it would be to have left it alone . The mask slipped around when taking off my helmet . She was just looking for a reason to cause trouble to customers, or was too busy eating her lunch and got mad for getting up . Extremely unprofessional . I am extremely disturbed and disgusted by the woman than works here .
Pre Covid, this location was 4 star. They need to chill though. The Franchise owner is calm and worry free. However, the high schoolers that operate the registers are probably on first job and really have no idea what exceptional customer service is all about. Plus...Its Kyle, and it could be worse.
Amazing customer service! I needed to have legal documents notarized and emailed overnight and they made the process simple and quick.

Apparently they dont ship car parts, inside or out. If you want to ship them you have to drive to a regional hub thats only open 2 hrs/day. Just another reason to use FedEx.
Although you are yelled at about your mask due to Covid there are no sanitization practices in place. No counter tops, POS machines or customer provided pens are being cleaned after use. Not consistent on how many people they will allow in atva time. Seems like UPS employees at this site only apply rules that suit them.
They use the word guaranteed when I sent a shipping package but theres no such thing as guaranteed even though I paid for the guaranteed delivery be very careful do not go for the guarantee because of covid theyre using this as an excuse not to guarantee your package
I go to this store at least once a week and Evelyn is always very nice and very professional. Even with a line out of the door she is 100% professional and welcoming. Employees like this make me want to come back to this location, even if it isnt the closest UPS store for me.
Zero stars. When I had to drop off a package for my daughter before, I was sympathetic to the workers because they were overwhelmed. Today I tried to drop off a warranty return and was told they could not accept a used box for shipment (Amazon box). That was it. Not a single Let me help you so you dont have to come back the store...., and three other employees looking at me like a deer in the headlights not offering an ounce of help. I never choose UPS on my own, it is always prepaid postage returns that make me use them. USPS has ALWAYS been top notch for customer service for me, they provide me with a box for no charge, AND come to my home to pick it up. NOT happy.

This UPS store has always had great customer experience. Ive dropped packages off at this location for 5+ years. Unfortunately they do not ship exterior car parts anymore, but thats alright; they gladly told me of a location that could accommodate me. Anyway, I wanted to reach out and counter a review, as COVID has brought about a particular kind of people vehemently against doing their part in this pandemic.I would also like to pass a reminder to businesses receiving negative reviews over pandemic policies that, if reported by the business, Google will glady remove for you.

Mr. Jeff went above and beyond to help me out today. he was calm collective kind as he was helping five people at the same time with no problem. He even stop what he was doing to run outside to take a box from a woman that was struggling with it to help her carried it in. I come in often...between 2 -10 times a month....and everyone is always very helpful and nice.....and, I have walked in a couple min before closing on several occasions and still always greeted with a smile!!! Love this location for mailing out my goods! Lol
Terrible service. When I arrived at the store, there were about 11-12 customers inside, and the manager told myself and the woman in front of me that we had to wait outside until the store had less customers. That is fair, considering COVID times. However, this manager was not helping any customers in the store. The staff was very busy, and the manager was not helping anyone at all. Once I received my document, printed by a store employee, I signed the document and waited for a notary. An employee had to ask the manager for help, and the manager then decided that she would help employees. The manager, Mayra Guzman, then told me that I shouldnt have signed the document without an employee present. I stated to print the form out again and I would sign, and then she said I was being rude. I have never seen such poor customer service. The manager doesnt help customers at all, except to tell them to wait outside while the staff serves a full store. Then she says Im rude for saying to print the form out again. Unbelievable how out of touch this manager was.
Corporate policy says that a face covering is required to enter the store. I walked in with a face covering and was told that it was corporate policy that I had to wear a mask and was told by two female employees to leave. I told them I was wearing a face covering and was again told to leave, that I had to have a mask. Even after being told they werent complying with ADA policy, they didnt care. I called corporate and filed a complaint. I was told that if I had a face covering that I should have been allowed in; only employees are strictly required to wear a mask. My face covering went from my eyes down to my neck. I believe the store manager was one of the people who kicked me out. She obviously isnt knowledgeable about corporate policy.I sent an email to the store about this issue as well as a message and no one has cared to respond to either.I will now be dropping off my packages at a different store. You guys lost my business.
This store has been an awesome help to me here in Kyle!!! ALL of the employees have been very pleasant, helpful, above and beyond my expectations! With printing out my email requests, notarizing, shipping items and even charging up my phone for me!!!! 5 STARS INDEED!

I went in today to get something printed. There were three women working who were all wonderful. The girl that helped me was so nice and friendly. I wish I knew their names! But I had a great experience!
I walked in just to drop off a package and was told to put on a mask. The person in front of me had NO mask on and was not told to leave. They took her package and she exited the store with no mask. Not quite a fair world but ill tell everyone i know what a poor store this is. Fed ex offers pick up. Guess ill be switching over.

I love the UPS store in Kyle, Tx. I can have things printed, faxed, mailed here and so much more! The staff is always helpful and happy to assist in whatever is needed. They must love what they do, because it is always a great experience every time I go.
Won’t return to this location. I went back in February 2019 around 5:30pm with an Amazon return for a kindle fire tablet. This was my second time sending out a repair. The young woman at the counter was very rude and became irritated with me because of how I packaged the item (the same way I packaged the first time). She then proceeded to try to explain to me that certain letters on the tag mean certain things and that’s how you package accordingly. Well, sheesh, maybe Amazon should put those details in their returns if it’s such a big deal? Never had an issue until then, and have sent out others after at another location, without any issues either.
I would give no star if I could! Horrible customer service! I was informed they do not ship the items I wanted to ship. I told her my husband has shipped such items before. The girl then accused my husband of not telling the truth of what was in a package! I told her my husband does not lie, you probably did not ask him what was in the package! Its your right to have a policy for shipping, I respect that! What I do not respect or appreciate is when you call my husband a liar. HORRIBLE!
These guys are great! My many international and domestic packages get where they are supposed to be on time, sometimes even earlier. Yeah UPS. Ive been to many other stores in the past (mom pop mailing places and USPS) and this store is worth every penny. Well trained staff that are very friendly and helpful. They exhibit kindness and patience to all of us harried shippers. Good Job!

I understand UPS is the carrier, however, check with the post office or other means of delivery first. Very expensive to deliver two small things that cost just as much to deliver, post office cheaper by half.Next, the UPS store. Before you you let them box anything make sure you are getting the smallest box and that they are not combining boxes together to fit your items. They will not charge you for only one box, they will charge double. If they combine boxes. So make sure you check before they do any packing and make sure you are very clear that you want the smallest box and only one box. Better yet do not visit here. Post office would rather have your business anyway.
About as friendly as a hive of killer bees at this location. Not even a one time thing, just about every time I do use this location Im treated as an inconvenience by the staff with short replies..
Worst UPS store I have ever been to!! My husband who is deaf forgot his mask in the car and male service rep working there made a big show of it. Raising your voice, talking SLOW and having so much attitude towards someone who literally just walked in for not being able to hear??? Disgusting.
I am 72 and only minimally proficient with current technology. I can handle the major systems, but let there be a glitch of any part of a project and Im simply not prepared to accomplish the fix. The staff in UPS is incredibly helpful and patient with me. They know what to do to solve my problems and get me headed home. I am incredibly grateful each and every time I head that way!! On 10-1-18 I came into send in some items to my friends and family. Everyone was so friendly and kind and helped me carry in my packages since I had my daughter in her stroller and was struggling to carry it all in without making multiple trips. Thank you so much
Horrible customer service. Was quoted $21.00 for a package but when I went to pay the charge was over $51.00. The process was never explained and then they did not give me my package until I paid for the packaging. This place is a rip-off and a bunch of crooks. The manager said that my storys did not sound believable and she was going to believe her employee. I just wanted my package and since she packaged it up without my knowledge then it was my fault.DO NOT COME HERE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR STUFF AND FORCE YOU TO PAY OR THEY WILL NOT RETURN IT TO YOU!!!

Overpriced and slow. Took 30 minutes to bubble wrap my monitor and put it in a box. One person did all the work while the other employees just sat there. Then they tried to charge me $30 for the service on top of the $60 they wanted for shipping.Better off going to the post office. At least you won’t get ripped off!
All the staff at the UPS store have taken care of us and our three stores for almost eight years. They are fast, reliable, professional and friendly. We get all of our printing done there. They sometimes ship it to our stores that are further. We appreciate them very much!

Shipped a package that utilized my box and their packaging. Box was damaged; insurance claim denied due to poor packaging. Even though they used THEIR packing material, they never charged me for it, thus their excuse for being able to avoid paying the claim... even when the packaged by shipper box is not marked. Zero integrity. Really disappointed since I use the location a lot. I will now go out of my way to take my business elsewhere.
I was in side having difficulty with the printer however there where also 11 other individuals yelling a cross one another asking for things from both employees Brandon and Jeff. I tip my hat to you gentleman because you both were treated so poorly. A specific incident with an impatient and entitled young woman would have had me angry and you both handled it with respect!!!
This is a great store. The service is excellent and Ive never had any issues with deliveries. There are lots reasonably priced, useful products to buy right in the store.

In Sept 2017, I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. I do not send packages often. My father was out of town teaching and he needed some irrigation maps sent to him overnight. When I came in I expressed this to the employee that helped me. I paid for it and was on my way. My father told me he did not get it the next day. I understand completely that things happen.When I called and spoke with Josh the Manager he gave me attitude. I had to hang up on him because he was treating me like a 5 year old. Josh did not express any concern, talked over me, and kept telling me that they do not have overnight, they only have next day. I had to call back the next day and Josh told me it would take 10 days to get a refund and it had to be approved.Today, November 17th I made another appearance at this location to get color copies made. I spoke to Josh about my refund, he was able to look up my shipment by the date it was made. Come to find out my name was completely spelled wrong. My last name is Jimenez not Ramirez. He belittled me once again and communicated that I had sent it ground and tried to correct my verbiage again. He told me he would touch base with me on the refund. But, I won’t hold my breath.NOTE TO JOSH... I DON’T CARE HOW IT WAS SENT AT THIS POINT OR WHEN I SENT IT. YOU DO NOT SPEAK TO PEOPLE THIS WAY.Please do not go here if this is the type of person you want to deal with. I wont be back. This is the 1st review Ive ever written.

Have had the Kyle UPS store do all of my printing for a few years now. Can call or email them an order and in most cases pick it up the next day. Glad to have a local business that takes such great care of my printing needs.
Very unsatisfied I sent money order to friend of mine in Houston. So they mention it would be a good idea for me to get insurance on my package that I am sending so I paid for the extra. Then who ever delivers it leaves it at the gate. Which gets rained on and just get torn apart. So I get back with UPS store and I got was sorry no refund no help but they insisted for me to get insurance. Moneygram was alot more help and helpful then Ups was.
Literally made my day. The staff was very friendly and so helpful!!!! I’d go out of my way to go back to this store for all of my shipping needs!!
I love the reviews by Google Users. They are all negative and most are erroneous as they blame The UPS Store when in fact they should be complaining to Corporate Customer Service that handles lost and damaged goods. It takes an ignorant person to blame the first person they see just because UPS happens to be in the name. If they did their homework and used logic and objectivity theyd know that The UPS Store is a franchise and has NO CONTROL over what happens during transit. Then again, only and ignorant coward would post a negative comment without the courage to use their actual name. And anyone who complains unjustly or ignorantly should really check their emotions before ranting. Reviews are meant to be objective and not a psoting ground for your trantrum at not getting what you want. As for the person who was allegedly told to get the F out of the store... Im guessing you werent an angel and for the Owner to have to get to that, you more than likely had it coming.I will say this, The UPS Store in Kyle is one of the most professional, friendly, and well run businesses in Kyle. Their hours of operation are more than sufficient (for the customer complaining, try thinking about cost and demand versus your inconvenience). Being open 6 days a week is exceptional for a place like Kyle. The staff is intelligent and hard working and Don, the Owner, is perhaps one of the best employers Ive ever met. Unlike many employers in TX who use their employees and exploit the substandard labor laws this State still has, Don treats his staff like family and is always there for them. Which is probably why the staff is always there help. When you walk in you feel welcome because they actually remember you. Ive never had a problem with The UPS Store in Kyle or its staff. And I will always highly recommend this store to anyone who wants great service.

Very poor customer service by Britany. I took my at&t equipment to be returned before 2pm on Saturday, 5/28/2016. I was informed I needed to fill out a form but the processing of the equipment would not take place until Tuesday. She stated she had print jobs and other CUSTOMERS coming in the store, as if I didnt wait my turn and was not really a customer. Guess you have to have something printed if you are a customer. All I wanted was a receipt for the equipment to prove it was at the store, she was rude and stated she could not give me a receipt until equipment was processed, gave me a bucket for my equipment and stated I was welcome to bring it back on Tuesday if I wanted a receipt. If I were AT&T I would change return processors.
Third time is a charm. 1st time I visited this store the cashier was so incredibly rude i couldnt hardly see straight when I left. 2nd time was your normal interaction, nothing good nor bad. But this third time, I brought in two heavy packages. Both weighing about 80 pounds. I was told to take them to the main hub next time because we dont want these here So as long as youve got very light weight packages for this elderly rude couple to handle, dont bother paying the exorbitant price. Do take your business elsewhere.
The copier was out of paper and I waited but no one helped me. I ended up taking paper out of a small printer there so I could finish my copies. Evie behind the counter started to yell “You’re not allowed to open the printer”. Funny Evie you didn’t notice me when I was standing there needing help.
I love that I can email them what I want printed and I just go pick up when its ready very convenient for me and customer service is always good 😊

I am very unhappy with this place. I shipped one pkg the first of August and it came back not enough postage the middle of September. I am gratefuly they reshipped it for me free, but it was still over a month late. I went in today to ship an 8 x 11 envelop that weighed less than 6 oz and was told that USPS would cost $17.00 but UPS would only be $11.21 and be there in 3 days so I shipped it UPS.. When I got home I checked online and USPS would only cost $6.70 and it would be there in 2 days. This is not an honest company.

I needed to have a mineral rights lease notarized and they said they weren’t allowed to do leases. I have had mineral rights leases notarized several times at different UPS stores.
