This was my first visit to ZippiVet and I couldnt be happier. The staff was so friendly and sweet to my pup. I appreciated the up front cost estimate and the proactive scheduling of our follow up appointment. They were transparent and it didn’t seem like they were just their for my money. Happy to have found our new vet in Kyle!

Corporate decided that owners are not allowed in the visit with your pet. I sat in the parking lot for an hour so my dog could get his rabies shots.Ive taken my son to multiple doctors visits, and never been treated like this. I guess covid is more dangerous at the vet.Would not recommend.

The vet and staff were very kind a professional. They communicated with me the whole time and went over everything with me. They also worked me in last minute which was greatly appreciated.

Everyone is caring, kind and professional at the office. Dr. Conway took great care of our 14 yrs old baby! Only thing that was hard are the prices to get everything done. Unfortunately we dont have the funds to proceed with Honey Pies care plan that Dr. Conway put so much effort into. She is trying to work with us and gave us estimates so thats a plus. But unfortunately we wont be able to proceed with Zippy Vet and will have to return to our regular vet. What we liked most was Dr. Conway checking up on Honey Pie and her condition. She reached out to us on more than one occasion, making us feel that she was invested and really cared about how our baby was feeling and doing.

I was so worried about Nemo and tried to get him in at Banfield since thats just where Ive always gone. I wasnt able to have him seen there, but Im so glad we got him seen today and well be using ZippiVet from now on! They were amazing, so obviously cared about him, and took amazing care of him and I couldnt be happier. They took such great care and obviously love the animals coming in.

Your staff was very professional and courteous. You doing everything you can to making my dog feel better and for referral to the Central TX Animal Hospital. Your staff sent over lab work and my pet info. which made it easy for when we arrived.

This was the best experience Ive had taking my dog to the vet. She gets anxious about the vet, but they made her feel safe and she didnt freak out at all.

Charged $106 for a 5 minute Heart-worm test performed by a nurse. No wellness check by a veterinarian or any extra services rendered. Will be taking my pets elsewhere going forward.

Great staff and I don’t feel rushed or pressured to choose the most expensive or aggressive treatments.Open 7 days at non-emergency prices, which was a literal life-saver.Multiple locations; I traveled a little farther to Kyle because my closer location was busier. Records are kept electronically so can be accessed by all locations. Phone calls and appointments are handled by a separate staff, which takes a little getting used to, but is ultimately more efficient. Vet techs aren’t wasting their time with scheduling.My kitties are in good hands.

I appreciated the time the entire staff took to answer my questions even though some were redundant. I wanted to be sure I understood what was happening with my Charlie. Their professionalism was outstanding! The professionalism and customer service!

My fur baby suddenly became ill. Call for an appointment about 10:45 and got an appointment at 11:30. (The same day) The Tech immediately came out to get my baby with a big smile and concern for his health. The doctor completely explained the outcome of the examination. The medication was explained and why it is important to make sure I give my baby all the medication. The doctor and tech were very professional and showed concern for my baby’s health.

They show so much care and attentiveness to their patients. I am very happy to have found a long term vet who cares for my dog and her specific needs.

Yall were extraordinarily compassionate at a time that was very difficult for us. Thank you for taking care of our sweet kitty in his final day.

Everyone was super helpful and made sure myself and my pet were comfortable! I love their no fear policy, it made me feel at ease since I couldnt be there myself for my kitten during her appointments. I was well informed and provided options and information for additional services and procedures if I was interested. It didnt feel pressured or forced on me, it was pleasant to know I could do those things on my terms.

I took my cat here to get vaccinated, and had an amazing experience. The doctor was so kind and informative about what kind of shots and tests my kitty was getting. She was also able to find the most affordable plan for me, which dropped the original price down by $60! 10/10 recommend

I don’t usually leave reviews and I am told my expectations are high. However I have to say this vet clinic exceeded my expectations. I have 3 boxer and saw a bulletin board for there clinic and decided to try it. The staff was so gentle with my two babies that went to the clinic. They understood and took into consideration the stress level my dogs were feeling they took such good care of them by the end of the visit they were so comfortable they even took treats from them which they don’t normally do. So that was a good sign my dogs loved them. On my personal level I asked the clinic that I was on a budget and gave them a dollar amount I wanted to stay in between. I told them about my dogs kidney levels my older dogs wellness check and explained what my budget was. They went to the back, spoke with the doctor and informed me they were able to stay within my budget I requested. I use to be a vet tech so the information they gave me made me believe the vet was knowledgeable in their field. Both my pets experience and my experience was great! I have to say I haven’t ever recommended a place or felt a place deserved my time to review them but this place was perfect for my pets and myself. Defiantly recommend!

The staff and Dr. Conway informed me of what was most needed and in what order and also worked with me within my budget. They even called me back with a recommendation that would go over my budget but felt is was best. And even suggested other places where I could get services a little cheaper. Zippivet is great! i take both my parents dogs and my kitten there and each visit goes by very smoothly. when the veterinarian is explaining things, they are detailed and great at answering questions. what i like best is how caring they are when they examine my pets, they do their best to comfort them

Its safe fast you can usually get your pet in there pretty quick you can call and make an appointment anytime of the day or night Im really happy with it great location you can take your pet in and your near stores Its fast and theyre serious about covid-19 safety

We recently had our first experience with ZippiVet, and it was incredibly positive. From Jenna and Eve at the call center to the vet tech to the vet, everyone was so compassionate, empathetic, helpful and kind. We have definitely found a new vet to care for all our dogs.

The facility is clean and the staff is very friendly, they were very attentive to my kittys needs. I got his shots updated and had him chipped in under half an hour, with very little wait (maybe 2 minutes) at the start. I went on a Saturday morning so granted things were quiet but it couldnt have gone better. I went to the Kyle location which is only minutes from my house so it is, for me, also extremely convenient. They were very considerate to keep it as low stress for my cat as possible

The staff here in Kyle are amazing if need a great place to bring your pet for routine care this is the place .we Love zippy vet.

The vet and vet techs always take the time to make my dogs comfortable. They are all farm dogs who dont leave home often (maybe once a year). They come in stressed out from the drive and the staff are always understanding and caring. They get down on the floor with us and work on building a rapport with my dogs before they do anything else. I also appreciate that they give me a price quote and tell me what needs to happen today and what can wait before they do anything. It helps avoid the sticker shock.

Staff was nice and very gentle and understanding with my skittish dog which I really appreciate! The care taken with my dog is a big deal to me. Shes a big girl and very strong, so her anxiety can be a challenge, but staff handled her really well.

I very recently adopted a dog with anxiety issues who was running out of her meds. Not only did the staff fit me in they did an amazing job putting both me and my dog at ease. Thank you for how you addressed both my and my dogs anxiety.

I am actually in tears seeing how much they discounted to make my bill less financially devastating during this time. ZippiVet Kyle is a fine establishment. They have incredibly friendly staff and a very clean and welcoming facility. Chase is always so pleasant & kind. He is very relaxed, cordial, knowledgeable, and professional. His calm demeanor is absolutely perfect for anxious pets. I very much appreciated the discounts applied to our final bill. Obviously this is a difficult and troubling time during the COVID-19 pandemic and finances are tight, but we still have to take care of our furry family! I didnt even inquire about possible discounts or promotions, but Chase kindly informed me that some had been applied to our visit.

They were very friendly and helpful. Most of all they treated my baby girl like she was theirs. They were very sweet to Maddie.

Absolutely the best vet we have ever been to! Reading some of these one star reviews are a complete lie. We had a place in Austin try to charge us 2,000 for a surgery on one of my dogs zippi vet did it for 900. On top of that my lab has anxiety at the vet, they allow us to come in weekly just to see him and say hi so he gets more comfortable, no charge. Every single one of them are friendly and love our dogs! There is no better place to take your pets!

The tech and Dr. Person were both fantastic. Dr. Person took the time to talk to me about Lilly and my other cats. Im thankful I made the switch to Zippivet!One thing, the tech said he sent me an email with an estimate for spay and microchip, but the survey email is the only one Ive seen. Ill try to check again tomorrow. The time and attention Dr. Person gave to me and Lilly was greatly appreciated!

The staff at Zippivet in Kyle are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They also seem to genuinely care about to the health as well as comfort level of the pets that visit. I also love the reminders I receive in my email about my dogs upcoming vaccinations/test that he is due for.

Through the scariest health problems of 1 of our 3 dogs developing seizures out of the blue ZippiVet and their staff have been calm, helpful, encouraging, kind, follow-up, & continue to work diligently with us to figure out how to help our little fur baby. Were still working at helping him, but Im impressed they care so much to find a way to see him & help especially with all the quarantine has done in hurting us finding a vet to see him. Were scared, but ZippiVet has helped keep us calm too & listened while I tried talking through my tears & emotions. Im extremely grateful for their dedication & continued support to help. All of the procedures were explained in detail along with costs and the staff was very friendly. Attention to detail was definitely a plus when the staff was covering the records from our previous vet.

I take all three of my dogs to Zippi Vet for their vaccinations and wellness checks.What was going to cost me $169 at one vet for two vaccinations only cost $66 at Zippi VetThey are always friendly, responsive, and affordable.My main critique is that even though we are still dealing with COVID-19, we are now in Phase 3 of re-opening Texas and they still wont let the owners go in with their pets. One of my dogs, who was 5 years old when I got him, is afraid of new people. It would have been much better if I could have gone in with him.

My dog had a mouth injury and had to be seen right away. They got him in quickly and took such amazing care of him. They were so patient and went over all of his medications in detail, gave my daughter snacks while we waited for lab work. Never been to a vet with such great service. I had an emergency with my dog and I was definitely on a budget. They were very friendly and willing to help as much as possible. I couldn’t pay for anything except a check up; so they recommended other things, like getting pedialyte and wet dog food and some anti-acids that are okay for dogs. They really care for the animals and are willing to help. I highly suggest this place.

Open on weekends. That is a big plus. Staff is also very courteous. All in all a great experience.

My husband and I have been taking our dog, Maggie, to the Kyle office for a while now, specifically because we love Dr. Allen. The staff are wonderful with Maggie. She is a senior and gets anxious in unfamiliar places, and everyone goes out of their way to make her feel safe and cared for. Recently, Maggie needed some special care and this team went way, way above and beyond to meet our needs, and I cant say enough how thankful we are. Im one of those dog moms who does absolutely everything I can to keep my dog healthy and I truly trust this office with my little family member.

Wonderful staff! I took my chihuahua for a skin infection & both nurse and doctor were so caring to my dog. They were very helpful in explaining treatments. Definitely keeping them as my primary vet for my pets.

Like that fact they were patient being that my dog is very protective over me. They provided all the information I needed that will keep my dog healthy. Information of what my pet needed.

I am beyond excited that we found this place. It was a Sunday afternoon and our cat was in our backyard and another neighborhood cat attacked him and scratched his eye. We have an in home vet because our cat is so crazy so we were so anxious to bring him anywhere. Luckily we googled and found the first place open. We figured since it was Sunday and an emergency that we would be stuck with a huge bill and would be waiting forever. That was not the case at all. We walked right in and they got us back in a room immediately. They went over the cost before the exam and were very knowledgeable and informative. They were so good to our little monster and he was actually fine with being there. The place is super clean and they used pheromone spray and cat nip to help ease his stress. They did an eye stain test to see how deep the cut was, they put numbing eye drops, and sent us home with an antibiotic and they want to follow-up with him next week. We were in and out within 15-20 min and our total bill was less than $140. We were super impressed with the entire overall experience. Such a stressful situation turned out to not be as bad as we thought. Thank you!

Always have gotten me within the time of my appointment, price is wonderful, and the staff is above amazing. My new little one will be coming back again and again for his kitten shots and check ups. This place is awesome .We live closer to the South Lamar location but purposefully drive to Kyle with our pet every time we need something because the service is so much better. Camille and Chris are excellent and go above and beyond to make sure that your pet is cared for. We could not be happier with the customer service. The only cons are some lack in transparency in pricing and the multiple locations seems to cause a bit of confusion at times, but overall we will definitely continue to use this location and this location only for our vet services. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Recently moved to Kyle did not have a vet. Took our dog in for her annual vaccinations. Price was similar to what we had experienced other places, however the staff was extremely friendly courteous and made our dog feel less stressed. They even called the next day to check on our pet to make sure she was doing well. We are going to make this our vet from now on and would highly recommend this location.

I am so happy I brought my dog here during his final moments. The doctors and assistants here are amazing and very knowledgeable. They knew what was wrong and made me feel better at a terrible time.

My favorite vet!!!! I’ve been taking my German Shepherd since he was a puppy. Pretty affordable compared to other vets in the area. They treat my dog so well especially with the way he reacts to needles and bloodwork!

I am very satisfied with my experience every time my best friend has an appointment. The establishment is modern and simplistic upon entry. We were welcomed with open arms the minute we walked and made a priority ever since. We are given check-ins via phone calls a day or two after our visit regarding my furry friends response to treatment. We are very appreciative of Camille and the rest of the staff at ZippiVet Kyle. I dont think we will be able to go anywhere else.

ZippiVet was absolutely the best experience during one of the hardest moments in a pet parents life. We had to make the decision to let our 16 year old lab go. It was on a Sunday morning that she could no longer walk due to lymphoma . I called and they got us in immediately. When we got there Jennifer C came out to our car to greet us and help us get her inside. They had a blanket ready for her on the floor of the exam room to make her comfortable. Jennifer was so sweet and listened to our stories of her while we waited for the sedative to take effect. She showed so much compassion for our sweet girl and us. She made sure we were ok with every step of the process. Dr. Allen and Jennifer were the absolute best during this terrible time. After our girl passed Jennifer asked to hug me as I was so devastated to lose my best friend of 16 years. We had her cremated and that process was perfect as well. They called as soon as she was ready to be picked up. When we went to pick her up they were again the absolute best. I apologize I didnt get the name of the man that we picked her up from but again he made it such an easier experience due to compassion. We have definately found our forever vet. Thank you so much Jennifer C and Dr. Allen for being so good to our girl and us! And to the man that we picked her up from! You all were truly a blessing to us!

UPDATED REVIEW: AVOID THIS PLACE. High Pressure Sales. They Do Not Care and you will get constant lies about costs when your pets life is at stake. We asked for an estimate of cost and the lady said “We charge $900 for the procedure and we will need $195 a night for two nights of hospital stay” . We said okay and PAID THEM ... then she said that we needed to come back at 4:30 to check on our pet after the procedure. When we got there, we were told that we needed to take our pet to the emergency pet clinic in Austin for his care. WTF do you mean take him somewhere else? We paid to have him stay for “two nights in the hospital” Suddenly there was an additional pet exam and hospitalization cost of $500 at a separate facility and Zippivet used most of our money on our pets surgery except $140 which they said would cover his follow up costs on Monday. We were beyond angry at this point. So our pet stays the weekend at the ER Vet and we pick up our pet at the $500 emergency hospital and take him back to ZippiVet on Monday and they tell me that I need to pay an additional $197 .... WTF AGAIN ???? ... This has been the sketchiest experience at a vet clinic that I have ever had. NO COMPASSION. NO CARE. ALL ABOUT LIES AND TRYING TO SQUEEZE SS MUCH MONEY OUT OF YOU AS THEY POSSIBLY CAN. Don’t believe the positive reviews. THEY GIVE DISCOUNTS FOR POSITIVE REVIEWS. Your gonna need it after they screw you this bad.Update: They had our pet today and they called and confirmed that we wanted the to keep the recommended catheter in our pet until tomorrow to which we agreed. When we went to pick up our pet, they took both catheters out and told us that they did it because they didn’t like my review. So, they retaliated against our pet because they didn’t like my review. TWO of their vets at ZippiVet recommended that the catheters stay in until Tuesday and they straight up took it out be cause they didn’t like me telling the truth in this review.

They have taken excellent care of my lilo. She had an ear infection and the vet tech and vet were very gentle with her. I love this place. You can tell they care about their patients.

Camille is an amazing, friendly, and dedicated nurse at Zippivet Kyle. My dog Athena, recently had surgery and Camille has been there for office visits, emergency phone calls, she even rearranged her schedule so she could be the nurse on my dogs surgery. She connected with my dog and really knew what we were going through. I am so happy with the staff at Zippivet Kyle location doctors and nurse but I’m extremely grateful for Camille.
