She was welcoming, kind, funny and made me feel very comfortable. The dentist was great too - very informative and, professional. I highly recommend this place!!

It was good the lady dentist Dr Z listened to all my concerns and questions.. just wish they where more up on my insurance procedures and protocols to get everything authorized and I didnt have to wait weeks before they can get started on my dental plan ... other than that everything else was ok, for now ..first time there. To soon to give a perfect review..🤣 the staff was nice as well I felt more comfortable there the the last two dentist I been too ..so hopefully this will be a good experience .. ill keep you updated 🤭

The doctor was amazing, the assistance was the best and the reason I feel so good in this place was Him, I can remember his name but I know we talk for a good time and he was from Mexico. Very nice guy.The only reason I give the place a 4 is because the front lady who is in charge of billing was very pushy I can read her buddy language she was frustrated because I was asking question and looking at my calendar to make a schedule, she make me feel like I was just a random person that didn’t have money to pay in advance for a job that will be done on Friday. It could be that it was just my perception but I didn’t like that part. but everything was perfect the location is new clean and like I said people was very friendly, I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 100%

I love this office. All staff were very friendly and made you feel right at home. The staff were also very professional. The gray sofas were very comfortable and the office was clean. You did not have to wait for a long time. Dr. Z was excellent and explained the procedure perfectly. They do not accept my insurance, but I am going back anyway. They are so great at making you comfortable for those with dentist anxiety. The front desk is very knowledgeable. The dental assistants are super nice & gentle during the x-ray process. The dentist is not one of those that just want to make money. He will suggest what is truly needed and is careful with any procedure, little no to pain.

I only have positive remarks about Kyle Parkway Dentistry! Friendly staff, clean office, modern design and equipment, water and coffee in the waiting room, I could go on forever. There are even TVs on the ceiling so you have something to watch while the staff works on your teeth. As the assistant takes photos of your teeth, you can see them instantly on the TV, which is probably my favorite part! I’ll be recommending this dentistry to my friends and family, and will definitely be coming back.

A crown came loose on Sunday afternoon - I was able to set up a Monday morning appointment online which eased my anxiety. I am a new patient and they were great! Fast, meticulously clean, caring, kind, and professional. Will definitely stick with them!

I chose Kyle Parkway Dentistry after reading the good reviews and after needing a new dentist being a new Kyle resident! They have exceeded my expectations so far, especially today when I had to get a root canal done through a crown. I had to see the endodontist to do that and he was fantastic, along with his assistant, Aja! They were so friendly and caring and made sure I was comfortable. Getting a root canal is not a fun experience at all but they definitely made it the best case scenario. Everyone there at the front has been so friendly as well! Highly, highly recommend this practice.

OK so I am one of those people that gets super nervous for the dentist— especially if I need any treatments done. I cannot say enough how much I would recommend Kyle Parkway Dentistry— I saw Dr. Z and she is AMAZING. And the dental assistant Katherine (I hope I’m spelling her name right! Also, sad she is moving! :( ) was also amazing!! The two of them made me feel instantly more calm and relaxed and made my treatment as comfortable as possible. Dr. Z talked me through everything and made me feel so relaxed. (Not to mention they got everything done pretty darn quick!) I love that she listens to my questions and answers with compassion and knowledge— they genuinely wanted me to be as comfortable as possible, and that means everything!!! Also the front desk girls are so sweet and helpful. I recommend and will continue seeing Dr. Z! And definitely won’t be as nervous from now on :). Thank you thank you thank you!!

The experience with Kyle Parkway Dentistry was nothing less than excellent. Partially because Martin, the hygienist, took the best care of my teeth & gave me quality advice for future Heath benefits. The office staff alone was great as well! Tosha, an insurance coordinator, gave me the best guidance for payment plans too. Definitely would recommend this place for any treatment!

Dr. Z and her staff did a wonderful job for me and my family. They are very professional and always address you by name. (That is a big plus to me) the ladies at the front are always pleasant and seem to be on top of their game. I have had several extractions, a crown, and root canal here and each time they were consistent with care. I would recommend them. They have made me comfortable with dentists office visits again. I loved watching a movie during a procedure. It was a nice add to help customers relax.

Overall, everyone here is super welcoming!!Dr. McConnel is amazing!! He does a great job explaining different solutions for my teeth problems! He’s fixed a few of my cavities and did a fantastic job! Super gentle and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the whole process! The dental hygienist here is also super gentle and is great at making you feel comfortable! 10/10 would recommend!!!

I have been receiving care here for a few years now and really am pleased with every aspect of this office. My last visit was just as pleasant as ever, if not more. I know dental work can be hard for some to receive and for me it’s the local anesthetic (mouth shot). The assistant helping (Macy?) during my appointment was kind enough to rub my arm as a distraction. It was very comforting and did well to take my attention off the shots going into my mouth! Sweet people throughout the office, love you guys!!!

My daughter and I had a bad experience at our last dentist. We had our first appointment today at Kyle Parkway. The staff is great. They communicated the process and treatment very clearly. I love how the office space is very private and cozy.

I absolutely love Kyle Parkway Dentistry! In the past I had really bad anxiety going to the dentist because of past bad experiences in other dentistrys. But ever since I started coming to Kyle Parkway Dentistry, there is no more anxiety. The staff is so friendly and help me with any questions I have. The Dentist assistants and Dentist have done an amazing job with my teeth. I am so greatful I found them! Highly recommend if you are in the kyle/Buda area! :)

Deandra was thoughtful, sympathetic, sweet, helpful and funny & very cool! She offered me water and a blanket. The girls at the desk were terrific and efficient and had very cool style. Dr. Tom McConnel was thorough, knowledgable, gentle, quick and painless with the extraction! Youre a rockstar!!! Hardly any blood like past extractions elsewhere. Also they got me in on a weekentod emergency. God Bless or i would be up the creek. Great technology and equipment. Clean tidy restroom and nice waiting room with water & coffee and a fun spot for kids! I highly recommend this place ♥♥♥♥♥ That was my first visit and Ill go back!

I changed dental offices due to the fact that my insurance at work changed and I am glad that it happened. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Kyle parkway dentistry. The staff were amazing from the time I walked through the door until I left. Everybody was so kind and friendly. They made me feel at home in every way. I usually get nervous at the dentist but this was a great experience for me. If anybody is looking for a new dentist office I suggest trying out Kyle parkway dentistry. I believe it would be great for the whole family.

Well I went for my initial consult today . I have been going to the same dentist since I was 11 and actually decided to change to a dentist here in kyle as well as I needed a extraction which my previous dentist did not do . I called made an appt and gave them my insurance information. Upon arriving I came with my own exrays and referral for extraction but they said they needed to do some of there own which my insurance didn’t cover that cost $152. Even though I was shocked to pay that amount I went through with my initial exam. After meeting the dentist I really liked Doctor D, and all his staff And had planned to see him for long term dental care . Upon check out they give me a huge bill showing me prices of what all the work was going to cost . I was floored. I told the nurse that my insurance covered fillings and anything like that 90% and that some fillings cost me $10-$15 at that time she tells me that my insurance is out of network. I really hate this because this dental office is great. And I knew I had found a new dentist . With the misunderstanding about insurance I was given a call the next day by Jay and reimbursed for my X-ray and they also offered to help me find a local dentist that is in network . I still have an appt with Dr. D for my extraction and I recommend this dental office to anyone in Kyle and surrounding areas . They are courteous, punctual and thorough, and the office is very clean which I love ! Thankyou for understanding my misunderstanding about my insurance ! 😄 and I’llSee you Thursday!

This is an awesome place. I go to Dr. Z and Paul usually cleans my teeth. Both great people, and they do good work. I have never waited longer than 5 minutes after check in. They have TVs mounted above the chair, so you can watch netflix while your having your work done. I 100% recommend this place. I drive from the Domain to come here for work.

Dr. Z is one of the best (If not THE best) dentists Ive ever been to. The whole atmosphere is very calming and nice at this place, which is atypical for dentist offices. Also the LEAST amount of wait time Ive ever had, by far, which I imagine cuts down on the anxiety of patients substantially.

Such a wonderful place, I never had the best experiences in dentist offices growing up and this places goes above and beyond comfort, communication, and support. They pay attention to each of their clients and if I could give more stars I would!

I went in today for a cleaning for the first time in a LONNGG time, like over 5 years... When I left, my teeth were totally sparkly clean and I had no more plaque build up!! I was surprised that my teeth could look this nice LOLThey take pictures of your teeth before and after the cleaning and let you see how nice they look!! The doctor was nice and all of the assistants were very nice!

I went in for a basic cleaning and the receptionists at the front desk were very friendly. I didnt have to wait long to be called back for my appointment. The hygienists and the dentist were friendly as well, they took some time before and after looking at my teeth to chat and ask how things are going.The exam room had a television on the ceiling. One of the hygienists offered to put on a show from Netflix for me to watch during the exam and cleaning. After the cleaning, the dentist followed up with me on recommendations and took his time to make sure that all of my questions were answered.Overall, I was very pleased with my appointment. I have gone to Kyle Parkway Dentistry a few times in the past, and those visits went really well too.

All office staff were very pleasant. The office was aesthetically pleasing and relaxing. Macy, the dental assistant, was thorough, precise with the X-rays and pleasant to speak to. She explained everything she was doing so I felt comfortable. They have amazing technology. Dr. Dholariya actually performed my cleaning. I have not experienced such a gentle, yet thorough cleaning...in fact, I almost fell asleep during the cleaning (no meds administered)! Dr. Dholariya made sure to answer all of my questions and did not make me feel rushed. I encountered Tasha at check-out. She was very kind as well and thorough. I had a partial charge for my X-rays I was not expecting but that was a function of my insurance only paying 80%. I was okay with paying it because they did a 180 degree dental scan as well as photographs inside my mouth and bite wing X-rays. You can see the images on a TV as you relax in the dental chair. I found that quite interesting. I would rather be thoroughly checked out and have that piece of mind than skimp on technology and regret it later. I highly recommend Dr. Dholariya and Kyle Parkway Dentistry.

I posted the review below about 5-6 days ago. And I stand corrected. They quickly addressed my issue and mailed me a check. Thank you for that. This speaks volumes for you to go back and do this. I greatly appreciate that you took the time out to do this.The staff was great and sweet back a few years ago when I went. The only issue I had was with the financial check out person. I have private dental insurance through my employer. My insurance had covered my visit 100% that day. I needed a lot of future work done so they made a three visit plan and again my insurance would cover about 80-90% of total cost on the future visits. However, their accounting or financial check out person really pressured me on paying something towards my future cost 🤦🏻‍♀️. I didn’t see the need for that since we still had to wait and bill my insurance in the future. Anyway long story short I felt pressured and I put some money towards my future cost. I never went back for that same reason and when asked about being reimbursed they asked for me to go back in and take my debit card used at that time to have it reimbursed. I’ve changed banks since then and didn’t feel like going through any trouble so I had to just consider it a loss and move on. So again great front staff and dental staff it was just the not so pleasant pressure of putting money towards future cost when insurance hasn’t even been billed yet or dental work hasn’t been done.

I know that I am an extremely difficult patient because of my anxiety and fears. The entire staff, from the front desk back are so great and the all work together to help keep me calm and comfortable. No one has ever made me feel crazy or unimportant. They even let me watch horror movies to calm me down while they work on my teeth. I couldnt be happy with my entire experience!
