Rude and disrespectful customer service. I have been a customer for 5 years and the employee was very disrespectful and locked the door after I paid for my dry cleaning and refused to allow me to pick it up. I have requested the owner call me so I can express my outrage. I have video of the incident and will be placing it on social media as well. Employee needs to be fired.

I highly recommend going elsewhere. There is poor communication among the staff. They messed up on my alterations when I gave them clear instructions. It took longer than what it should have been. I’m very disappointed in this place.

Business hours need to be updated. I arrived 7 minutes after opening time but everything was still shut down. Im sorry I wasted my time driving over here, only to drive back.

I’ve used this cleaners for eight years. They know me by name as well as my special instructions. Very friendly and fast.

If there was a star i could give lower than 1, then they deserve that. Pathetic place! I took my custom suits for dry cleaning and as I got them back, two of them were destroyed from the shoulder area and when i wear them the shoulder is bulging upwards. I called multiple times and the staff told me we will tell you when our district manager is here, but no response to 5 phone calls over 1.5 months. Finally i had to drop my suit jackets there to have them show it to there district manager. I have had these suits for over 2 years now and only wore them a few times. So i get a call from the store saying that the district manager wants to communicate that these were not destroyed here and they have been like this from the beginning. How the hell does he know! I have had these for more than 2 years now and they are custom made so for sure they were not like that. Why would I come to you for no reason. Also the district manager had no decency to call himself! When i complained on there website, nobody has responded! I will recommend never go to jack browns if you want to save your cloths. They destroyed my expensive suits, save yours!

On 10-1-18 I was walking by to drop off some boxes at the UPS store and the kindest woman came out to help me carry boxes. This meant so much to me because I had my hands full with my infant and stroller. Thank you so much for your kind heart and going out of your way to help me!They are also very friends and fast with cleaning services

Did not press my uniform correctly, when I specifically asked them to do it. Also lost and article from the uniform. Not my first time having issues from them, but it is definitely going to be my last. Dont go here, its not work the money!

Do not ask them to Box and Fold your shirts! The results are very inconsistent and the shirts do not travel well. I ask for a Box and Fold as it makes the shirts easier pack into my suitcase and, if folder right, makes a quick ironing a breeze before wearing the shirt. If not folded correctly though, the sleeves become very crinkled and require a great deal more ironing. They also take up more space in the luggage.I have been using the Kyle location for about 8 months and in the last 3 months, they have been folding the shirts incorrectly. I sent the shirts back twice and still got them back exactly the same way. I am pretty sure that the shirts were not refolded at all. They just sent them back to me. This last week, I received my 8 shirts back in the worst condition yet. Each half of the shirt was folded individually and each sleeve was folded in on itself. What a mess!The correct way to Fold a shirt that is to be boxed is to fold the sleeves down the full length of the shirt. This is the way my shirts were folded for the first 5 months that I used Jack Brown Cleaners, but no longer. If they do not have the time or care to train their people on the correct way to fold a shirt, then I dont have the time to take my clothes to them and you should not either if you expect it done right!As it stands, I have to refold all of my shirts before I can pack them in my luggage. What is the point of paying someone else to do what I have to redo myself?

Love the service, husbands uniforms always crisp and perfect. Sometimes if you drop off early enough sometimes its ready in the evening! And with discounted services for leos the price is always right!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. THE SHIRT I HAD DRYED CLEANED WAS NOT IRONED WELL AND HAD WRINKLES ALL OVER IT. THIS HAS HAPPENED TWICE. THEY CHARGE HIGH PRICES WHICH IS OK, HOWEVER THERE WORK IS TERRIBLE.

Im disgusted with the service I received here. The woman was rude and on a personal phone call when I arrived to pick up my dry cleaning. I presented a coupon, to which I was told it had to be given when I dropped off the dry cleaning (she says see the little print). No, apparently I did not. I dropped them off on Tuesday, yet the specials were not applied to my transaction. I love the one in South Austin and will not be using the Kyle location ever again.

The worse place to take my clothes. They return a NEW item with some blue spots from some spray they used and cant take off charge for dry cleaning and they have the skin to told me! You can return your Item whereyou buy and get a new one.!REALLY!!! MY ANSWER WAS. DO U THINK I RETURN AN ITEM I JUST BUY WEAR ONE TIME AND RETURN TO EXCHANGE AND COVER YOUR MESS YOU DO.REALLY!!! I DONT LIE.NEVERRRR TRUST THIS LADIES WITH THE ANSWER I GET BACK AND TRY TO BE RUDE.SO PATETIC LADIES

Bunch of crooks here. Arbitrarily dry cleans my polyester shirts when they should have just laundered them. Got to find an alternative.

They need to fire everyone and start over. Drive the extra few miles to use a different dry cleaner. Lost shirts, late service and expensive.

First and last time Im dropping anything here. Sweater was $9.69 to dry clean. Outrages prices.

Ive used this location since it opened in Kyle & Ive never, not even once had any issues with this company. Im scratching my head as I read all these negative comments. Each & every time I go there (which is usually twice a month every month) Im greated politely, every time the promised my close on a certain date they stayed true to their word & Ive never had ANY clothing lost nor damaged. I hate to hear alot of people have had awful experiences with Jack brown in Kyle but I just cant relate.

Bad service took some jeans to get cleaned before a trip i get home from the cleaners and they are all creased up wrong it seems they didnt iron them at all never going there again i dont recomend u taking your thing there
