Quick and thorough, prices were as expected for a the type of oil my car requires, an in-cabin air filter, and actually, the quote blades were cheaper than most Auto parts stores. Would recommend.

Ive been going here for 7 years. They are friendly, fast, and efficient. Its best to visit during the week. However, Ive been here on weekends, too. Its just super easy to get your oil changed and your vehicle inspection done here.

This is my first tome leaving a poor review- I usually am pretty understanding. However, I attempted to get my Oil changed today’s. The computer was down apparently for at least 45 minutes and was told I can come back. An hour later, I called back to make sure sure the computer was back up and they could take me. I go back, there is no wait. I pulled up and said I needed an oil change and fluid check. “We DON’T do FIATS”, he said curtly. I was not told this the first time that this was an issue and was told to come back. Proving an oil change for a FIAT has NEVER come up as a issue for any of the previous visits to other places. It is not as if he had to order a part….it was a simple oil change. No reason or suggest was given…..just an unconvincing “SORRY.

This was a first time visit for me. Exceptional service, 2 thumbs up! Nice gentleman was waiting outside my vehicle to ask how they could assist me before I was even able to get out of my vehicle. They got me in and out what really felt like only 25 minutes. Lower cost than other place I had been visiting. This will be my new go to for oil changes. I highly recommend trying out!

Careful, ladies. I took my car to get inspected there under recommendation on 4/12. The tech told me the only reason my car would fail inspection is an out LEFT brake light. Sure, please fix it.Funny, this morning I got pulled over on 35 for an out left brake light. I was able to show the officer my receipt of repair that was still on my passenger seat. When I spoke to someone at Valvoline this morning, I was told they couldnt tell me which brake light they fixed.It is concerning that this business is so desperate for $10, they lie to women about repairs.

Went in for an inspection. Zyeon was professional,& polite and very knowledgeable about all the inspections and what is needed. I recommend using him. The wait wasn’t bad but depends on time of day you go I guess.

When Ive been able to get my oil changed here, its been great. But Ive been once when the posted sign said theyre open, and they were closed. Today, I came at 9:15 and he said it would be done about 10:30, and I said, no problem, Im going to yoga across the street, so Ill be back by 11:00 and he said I wasnt allowed to do that because they dont take drop offs.So I couldnt leave it unattended for half an hour? The parking lot is small, I get that.Its not just today that makes me leave three stars. Its that it was my second time coming and I still couldnt get it done.

Quick, fast service. Ive gotten my oil changed there, and this time I was getting my inspection. There was one light out on my car preventing a passing inspection. They offered to replace, or have me take it elsewhere and come back for a pass. No pressure, and very friendly.They have a small but nice waiting room which was surprisingly cool for the heat outside. Complimentary coffee and water (maybe more, I didnt look). Will definitely visit again.

A bit of a wait (from getting in line to driving away it took around 45 minutes) but it was nice not having to get the kids out of the car. Staff was friendly and kept things moving.

First off walked in and waited while 5 guys stood around one car. Then a guy comes in and helps me.I dropped off my truck, and went ate breakfast came back and was told it wouldn’t start and with 5 or more mechanics couldn’t tell me why! I got my keys to check and went out to start my truck and it started first time!! I showed the guy helping me, he was shocked, asked if I owed anything, then left! Lost my business and whole lot more!!

Got me in and out quickly. Staff was nice and friendly. Waiting area was cold and smelled nice. $80 (after taxes and fees) for their full service synthetic oil change. But I guess thats the going rate these days. Then again, you dont change your oil as often with this higher quality oil, so theres that aspect to the price.

Was working in the area. Needed an oil change. Told it would be $68and change for synthetic for five quarts the $8.25 foe each added quart. Said it would take 7 quarts, two things when they were finishing. They charged me for almost 8 quarts, They also put on an oil filter 1/2 the size of what was on it. When I ask Ernest Castillo about it he said if I wanted to wait or come back he would send someone for the right filter ( the RIGHT filter ). I told him I could not wait as I needed to get back to work and he said youll just have to pay for what you get I will NOT even think about using this guy again because I believe he is a scammer !!!!! The RIGHT filter REALLY ???????

Arrived at 5:20 on a Monday, the slowest day of the week. There was no cars in the bay. The tech let me know they were not taking any more cars even though they closed at 6pm. Management team please let the owner know of the new business new operating times.

Had an inspection done and went to get my registration sticker. Turns out they typed my VIN wrong. Now Im having a hard time getting ahold of anyone when calling the listed number. Extremely aggravating and unprofessional. I drove over there to have them make it right after work and they were closed at 5:35 when the listing says 6.*update- Ive called 4 times today with no answer.

Today I came in to get an oil change. All went well and they where very polite and got it done very quickly. After leaving my car started shaking so I pulled off into a parking lot to look at it. I called them and they sent someone over right away to look at it. He made sure my car was ok. And cleaned up the oil. Im very happy they cared enough to send someone. I have been coming here for about a year now and Im glad I do. If there is something going on they cant do there they will recommend someone to you. Found my mechanic through them and and vary happy with the services they provide.

Wanted to drop my car to have it inspected. Robert told me he didnt want me to leave, that I needed to wait for the car. The wait was 15 to a half hour before my car was up. I needed to go back home (a few blocks away) and continue working. Asked if they could call me when it was done and I could be there in less than 5 mins. I was told no. They were too busy to call me that I just had to wait. So I left and Ill never return. Thats 3 cars that I get inspected and oil changes on. Good customer you just lost because if junk customer service. I went ahead and took my car to a competitor who had no problem with me dropping my car and picking up when done. ***UPDATE*** So I sent corporate an email explaining the situation. They replied weeks later asking me for more specifics. They said a manager of the establishment would be reaching out to me soon. Still nothing. No offer of resolution, a standard cut and paste apology from corp.

Ive been there 2 times to get a State Inspection. 1st time - I was told short handed- No cars or no customers waiting / couldnt do inspections. 2nd time return back - Inspector leaves at 2 PM. Couldnt do inspection. Just close up shop for the day if you cant operate as your sign stands for. Now at Firestone. Im done with this shop!

Service was amazing. Had my truck done here oil and power steering changed out they made sure my truck was road ready for a long trip. I wish I had caught the Gentleman name who did all my services . This is now my stop for my truck.

I called and asked them when they closed and the lady who answered said, “we close at 5:30P”. So I looked up the info on their website, turns out they close at 6P. So I told the lady and she said, “oh we need to get that changed.” “What do you need done,” she asked. I said, “an oil change” I relplied. No, we will probably be closed by the time you get here.” She replied. Wow, I wish managers or owners new what their employees are telling prospective customers. Why would I or anyone want to take their business to them. Geez, unbelievable!!

Dont understand how these guys are still in business. Every time I come by for something they turn me away. Whether theyre busy or not, they dont seem to want to do any work. If you come after 4pm, its too late to do inspections. If you come during lunch, theyre not doing inspections that day. They cant even tell me when a good time to come back is. What a joke- we can do better than this in Kyle, cant we?
