The process to get a parking spot was pretty easy. Good price compare with what I have around my house. The place is clean easy access. The only downside is the back part where you park your rig, is just dirt and really uneven pad, at least in the spot I got. But besides that everything is just good enough to keep business with the.

We were closing down our business and needed to store a large piece of equipment outdoors and there were absolutely no storage spaces available in Austin. CubeSmart Self Storage was not only very affordable and had storage space for us the same day, the manager was super-friendly and very professional. We fortunately sold the equipment about three weeks after we stored it at CubeSmart and closing out our account was as easy as establishing it. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend CubeSmart for excellent, safe storage at a really good price.

We have been using this location for our needs for the past 7 months after high praise from our friends, who also use this location. The facility is extremely clean and secure; Jeff and Moana do an excellent job at keeping everything organized. Unlike other area storage facilities, I have not seen much in the way of shady characters with uncontrolled access, or attempted thefts. As Kyle grows, this CubeSmart location is the best and safest bet for your storage needs!

Moved all my stuff in, got everything set up and got kicked out. They were nice enough to give me 30 to get back out. This has been 5 months ago and still have not received a down deposit money from another unit had there.

I have had my Trave Trailer stored here for a little over a year. The experience has been fantastic. Easy access to the trailer with spots wide enough to back in and out of easily. The customer service is top notch. Friendly and helpful staff.

Our storage unit kept having a Rat/mouse problem ( holes eaten through every box). Brought up issue to Fat white guy manager and he used profanity and racial slurs towards us. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!
