This place is owned by god him self, amazing workers and professionalism better then most. I came in after getting a blow out and it was already closing time not only did they accept me they gave the greatest service I’ve ever had. Justin also gave me a great deal on a tire since I was a tad low on funds at the moment!

This is the best location! They have the best service it’s unmatchable. Their systems were down and they walked every customer to their car to go over the issue.they were so organized and calm and very well mannered. I picked my car up and they already knew my name and car before I even told them. They are great!

Been going to Discount for years. Last visit was forced due to driver tire coming apart. They put a full set of four tires on my car and had me on the road in just over 30 minutes. No kidding. They are always busy but it was a treat to have someone expecting me for the appointment. They were ready for me with a crowded showroom. Its not always possible to make an appointment but it made the difference in the time I spent there. My only complaint is that they do not offer nitrogen. The dealership used it and I noticed a huge difference in regular maintenance and i did not have to worry about tire pressure- ever.

They were very friendly and service was quick. However my problem is that I was mislead. I got a flat towards the end of the month so I called in to ask about discounts. I was told they don’t have any more until the beginning of the month. So I Ubered around for a few days until the first when I called ahead again to ask about discounts. I was told that all their discounts were online and that I should come in. I did see a few listed online from $60-100 so I got my car towed to the shop. Upon arrival I’m told that none of the discounts I saw, nor any other were applicable. I ended up having to pay full price because I was stranded there with a flat and had no other option. Very disappointed.

I went to Discount Tire the other day because I had a flat and was driving on my donut. I thought I could get a patch but was told it was too dangerous as well as putting the donut back on. I was stressed because I couldnt afford a new tire and didnt know what to do. Thats when Mr. Rodriguez told me to give him a few minutes and see what he could do. 30 minutes later I was given a tire free of charge. I did not expect that at all and was incredibly thankful but left without being able to say thank you directly because I was beginning to cry and left. He saved me so much extra stress and I have thanked him every day since then. Idk if they get commission off sales but I will for sure go back and seek out Mr. Rodriguez to buy new tires from him directly and would like to eventually thank him in person when I get the chance. I 100% recommend this Discount Tire.

Sat and waited two hours for them to tell me that they couldn’t text my tire due to a locking nut. I personally don’t know anything about this that’s why I brought my tire in just to get checked because it was low so I would think that they would be better prepared to ensure that they have at least triage and asked me what they needed prior to making me wait 2 1/2 hours. Do not waste your time my advice is to find a place more competent

HOLY SMOKES CUSTOMER SERVICE INSANELY GOOD! At 8am the initial tech told me my tires would ship in early in the afternoon and theyd have me done by 1 or 2pm. The truck was delayed. I spent almost all day in their parking lot, waiting. But.... Each time a representative spoke to me I felt heard and respected. And they took great care in the services they provided. I dont post many reviews... This business, its leadership and staff, were highly organized. Thank you Discount Tire Team! Ill definitely be back.

We came in on a Saturday to get new tires for two cars. It looked pretty busy inside but they were processing people pretty quickly. The rep who helped us gave us a discount on one of the tires that had a slow leak even though it was a month past warranty. Also, the work was done faster than they said itd take.

Discount Tire has always been my go to place to buy tires at reasonable prices, have flats fixed, and follow up balances and rotations. Customer service is excellent. Every employee I’ve ever seen at a discount tire is always cheerful happy and keeps you informed of the process. Highly recommend them. I’ve been a customer for years and have never thought about trying anyone else.

This place took care of me. Hands down the best customer service.Fast turnaround on all services as well.Gave me an ETA of 1-2 hours on bee tires and they had me rolling again in about 45 minutes.Then again 1 month later I needed new wheels and the same thing.Great crew that seems to care about keeping thier customers happy.

My visits are always top notch, today being no exception... The Discount Tire team in Kyle have been taking care of my vehicles since they opened... Today they could not find a leak externally so they removed the tire anyway and found a tiny mesquite thorn that was barely visible inside... I had a standard small screw or staple in the other one... I was in, repaired, balanced, rotated, and back on the road... Thanks again...

Always my go to place for tires. I have been going here since 2010 and Justin the manager has always done a great job here. He makes sure he hires the best people possible and it shows. During these times the customer service is the best I have seen. They always update you and let you know how far you are in line. When they tell you a time they always deliver. This place is the best location I have been to hands down. Justin is a damn good leader. Always will come back here.

Quality tires for better prices and exceptional customer service! I had a 10 am appointment at the Lockhart Firestone for tires they recommended that, when I checked online, dont fit my truck. They couldnt get me in until the next day either and the tires were about $200 more. Decided to go to Kyles Discount Tire at 8 that morning and was DONE at 8:45! Ran errands and was home before the 10 am Firestone appt would have even started. 40 mins for new tires???!!! YES. Staff were all great and they even found me a used tire for a spare. This location is a busy location too!

Discount Tire is very proactive in todays COVID world and doing a very good job in social distancing, etc. Their prices and availability isnt quite as good as they once were and sadly I have bought some wheel and tire sets elsewhere. I realize that they would have met the lower price, but I really dont want to drive back and forth.... just give me your best price upfront.

Discount tire has always been my go to for tire repair. That are always busy so I would recommend setting an appointment, however, sometimes emergencies dont allow for appointments. Even without one, they dont waste any time and have an efficient set up. I went in this morning with a blown tire and had my spare on. The came out, checked everything out. Gave me my options, I paid (even warranties the other 3 tires since I had just gotten the vehicle) and I was out in about an hour. Not bad considering the place was BUSY. Customer service was top notch, as always. They have had my business for years, and never disappoint!

This company is a great example of what the service industry should be like. I had them take care of every car I have owned since being in Texas. Btw always get the insurance on your tires. They always honor it and with all the construction happening in the Austin Buda area I have had more than my share of screws screwing me.

The staff was extremely pushy on selling a new set of tires - I went to replace my front 2 after a flat tire and had a hard time actually viewing all my options. Went straight to the more expensive ones and only gave me the less pricey options after I asked. Barely scrolled over them, I had to ask to actually view the information. When I went to actually make the tire purchase, they didnt ask me if I wanted the extended warranty. They just assumed I did and tried to charge me for sidewall protection and the extra warranty for each tire. If I hadnt noticed I wouldnt have known. On top of that, when I said I needed to make a phone call it took me way too long to step away due to the pushy at least buy one. Should I ring you up for one? Lets start with one st least and see. I dont appreciate pushy or dishonest salespeople. I got my tires finally, and thats their redeeming score. They had my tires off before I was even out of the car, and it took them only 20 minutes to swapp all 4 around. I appreciate the speed.

I worked with this company in college and watched them satisfy a lot of customers...like all of em. To this day I only do all of the above at Discount and the guys at the Kyle location fit the same build. Great service, professional, and just solid folks.

They are currently making customers sit outside in hundred degree weather while they have a huge cool waiting area they are not using. There’s plenty of room for distancing inside. I have done business here for years but I had to go to Goodyear for tires. I’m sorry, but I won’t be back.

My tires needed air and it was almost closing. When I got to the store, there was a line of about 15 cars waiting to get their tires inflated. These guys could have closed up shop, but they stayed and made sure that everyone in line got serviced. It was past closing, but the crew continued to work and did so with the utmost professionalism. This store continues to be my tire shop; never disappointed.

I called up there yesterday at 5:40 to see if I had to make an appointment to get tires put on ...the guy told me to come up now ...I asked him what time they close he said 6:00 I got there at 5:50 and they had it done in less than 15 minutes... would highly recommend them !!!

They have places for customers to sit inside and outside because of the pandemic. First time at this location and they are doing awesome customer service despite on whats going on. They are doing physical work and they arent suppose to wear a mask. The governor said if you are doing physical activities you do not have to wear a mask. I give the guys a lot of respect of what they are doing

Blows my mind how these people do business. Wasted my morning needing a tire balance. Told the gentleman over the phone Company was going to pay for it. Get there tell him again. Put all my information in then tells me that will be 84.00. First off i didnt pay that much to have them mounted much less a balance. Then the manager comes out shrugs his sholders and says i will have a talk with him. Never again will I step foot on a Discount Tire location again. I will pay double before i return to there store.

Assisted greatly with oversized tire selection on 4th gen 4runner. Shop guys worked hard to get me in and out.

When I pulled up to Discount Tire I couldnt remember if my appointment was at 10 or 11 and the gentleman that was helping customers as they would drive up was Extremely Helpful and Friendly . Even though they were Over the Top Busy not only did I get in there before my appointment they rotated my tires but I got to stay in my vehicle while did it and I was outta there in no time flat.Thanks to all the Employees at Discount Tires in Kyle Texas you guys are Awesome!

This place is always full for one reason, and that is because of the outstanding costumer service they offer to you. Pretty fast service, a bit expensive compare with Walt mart but by far superior in the way the handle everything. I recommend this place if you want to avoid headache.

Bought tires online, so sales went fine. Mounting at Kyle was fairly quick for a busy day.However I have BBS rims on my vehicle AND the valve stems also have BBS caps. But when I get my vehicle back I am missing my BBS caps for the valve stems on both new tires. This is frustrating & a careless oversight of employees mounting tires. There are a lot of special rims, etc & to have mine just taken & most likely throw aside or stolen is why I will NOT be going back here. Cant pay attention to detail wont see my car again!
