They no longer answer their phones or call anyone back.Ive tried hailing a cab from this company for the past few months since they are literally the only company that used to operate in my town, but they are no longer answering their phone and I believe they are out of business.

During the pandemic, we hired Platinum to shuttle our adult child to/from Austin Airport from college to fly home over break. They were incredibly helpful over the phone, on time, got there safely, and even texted me after to let me know they made it (super sweet!). We have hired them for the next break as well. They cost slightly more than a Lyft, are private, wear masks, and can be reserved ahead of time to reduce stress. Would hire again without hesitation.

Esmeralda with Platinum Transportation is the only place I’ll use! She has driving us to Austin rodeo and home, ran grocery store trips for me during the shutdown, and as a cake shop business owner I can trust her to carefully transport our cakes. All the vehicles are always smelling good and clean and The party bus looks amazing!

I called in for my mom neighbor who is an elderly man that needed a ride and I called Platinum Transportion to pick him up at his house and they got his address. I went ahead and my mom back so she let her neighbor that they were on the way. This poor old man sat outside waiting for them to come and an hour later still no taxi came by. My mom called me to ask if I gave them the right information and I told that I gave them his address. Well after my mom called me about him still waiting outside I called Platinum taxi to find out if they were on the way or if needed any more information and no one answered. I kept calling and nothing!! You would think that businesses like this would be more professional and dependable, especially with elderly people!!! I was so upset and I don’t recommend anyone calling this company!! They suck!!

A coworker recommended platinum transportation and I used them for the first time yesterday. I have to admit I was skeptical but they Provided a great service. Very clean vehicle, polite and attentive driver. Will be using them again on my future outings.

Hi there, I never ever go out of my way to leave reviews, especially when Im coming from California to visit family from Texas. Also getting a luxury shutter to pick my family and I from the airport. My experience from Platinum Transportation was ABOVE and BEYOND what i paid for!!! The luxury vehicle was immaculate and perfectly suited for our suitcase and my family. Mr. Cloud was fantastic in giving us a little tour around the area and being friendly and respectful. This company is really GREAT, they made booking very simple and delivered on every aspect of the day! I would highly recommend utilizing their services to anyone who has the need. Great amazing service and low rates, was in town for a business meeting Uber and Lyft was taking forever till finally Platinum transportation was there to the rescue. Very nice driver offered me a bottle of water and snacks, also I was transported in a Cadillac Yes! an Escalade I was ridding in style with no extra fees, driver opened my door and made it just in time.
