Alpha Home Pest Control is the absolute BEST. My house was riddled with earwigs, spiders, etc because we live in a farmhouse. We called them 2 years ago and have been using them ever since and haven’t seen one bug in our house. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Audra and Chelsea in the office are so personable and treat you like family. All the other staff members have been a pleasure to work with as well. This is hands down the BEST pest control company in the valley and we will be a customer for life!

We have used Alpha Home Pest Control for several years now and couldnt be more pleased with their services. Not only are our technicians kind and professional, but they show up in a timely manner and are always responsive. We use them to control our spiders and lately we have had issues with clover mites and other small black bugs around our perimeter. Ruben has come out the past several times to help with these issues along with bugs in our trees and is always on top of helping us get rid of these nuisances. We have also used them to deal with groundhog issues and those were resolved on the first call. We couldnt be more pleased with their services.

Alpha Home Pest Control continues to exceed my expectations. I have been a customer since they started and have had no issues, except with earwigs last summer, however I had a zillion of them in my garage and it was the summer of earwigs. I had to call them this week due to mice in the garage, never had them before, but most people I know have problems with mice this week (due to extreme cold coming on so fast). They were able to find the superhighway where they were entering and put out the bait stations, with a followup scheduled for 2 weeks. Christian educated me on mice and their behavior so I am more savvy on what I should be doing and should not be doing. I love their service and have recommended them many times and will continue to recommend them. Best service in the area!

Jared is awesome! He has been my go to guy for 7 year. If I am not home to speak with him, I leave a note on my door where my problem areas are and he does awesome. When i for get to leave a note he calls and we discuss what needs done. Occasionaly i might be home, very friendly and professional. I used to be ran over with little unwanted bugs in my yard when I bought my house. Thanks to Jared I have no worries. I have a phobia with ant. I see a few and he comes rescue me. Safe, effective, affordable control. Love this company - have been with them since they started and I like the products they use. I have only the outside treated which has resulted in no inside insects. They also look around for trouble spots or anything unusual that they see and provide advice. I had wasps about 3 years back and they took care of them also. My experience is they are always on time and I like getting a call prior to coming so I can be ready.

Michael Walker provided excellent service! He had good communication skills. He called ahead of time (as we requested), and adjusted his route because I was running late (as usual). Jared was excellent. He is very personable and trustworthy. We had mice a couple of years ago and they got rid of them. There are still boxes with poison around outside and inside and they check them every time they come out. It is always good news when there has been no nibbling.!! Jared also sprays around the outside of the house and this stops the pesky spiders and other little bugs that come in. Great Service!!

Our technician is very friendly and professional. My main concern is ants, both inside and out. After the first application in our new home, I’ve haven’t had ants inside. I’m Usually not the person that will sit here and take her time to write the review out but I definitely had two after my experience with this company. I had Kirk come out with a new technician Kamron and they were great. Kirk is Amazing and very knowledgeable. I have a horrible bug phobia and I was not able to get a peace of mind at all not even after me doing self treatment in the house or going through other people. They came out and inspected my whole entire house, bed, closet... you name it. Kirk was able to help me feel very relieved and more confident that going back to my house would be OK. He guided Kameron on how to spray the inside and outside down including my garage. He answered all of my questions and continuously made me feel comfortable. The guys were very sweet not to mention Audria from the office. I at least called them a good five times because I just didn’t know whether to do a heat treatment or some sort of pesticide treatment but after speaking to her she made me feel that what I was emotionally feeling is very common and other people feel it especially if there’s a bed bug situation. They are definitely a great company and I would recommend it to just about anybody.

Alpha Pest Control has taken care of my office for several years. They do an outstanding job. They have taken care of the homes for some friends, who are also quite satisfied. I dont currently have pest control problems at my home, but if I did I would not hesitate to call them.They come out for free in between regularly scheduled times to take care of any new problems that arise.They respond to emails and accept online payments. Do not use this company. They sprayed around our house twice and the bugs and spiders came back a week later. They did not spray inside the house as promised. When we tried to terminate the contract they took a cancellation fee from our checking account without even telling us. Youre better offer buying a bug spray from a box store and spraying yourself, or using a more professional company!
