Ive been with Alpha for 10 years now and recently divorced. Trying to get my own name on my service was hard because of Dish network corporate but Audrey was the best in fixing the problem and did it herself! Kudos for your help young Lady. This company is the Best!

I had to send an Xbox Elite Series 2 that was defective( Still waiting on Getting) and come to find out that the facility replacing them is this nice company. I called regarding my repair order and Mr.Gilbert was legit able to reply all my questions without hesitation, not only great customer service but also great people in it. Cant wait to get my controller, been on the phone with them really gave me a piece of mind.

Alpha Home Systems is a great Business!Alpha home systems being local is all I deal with and their customer service is great. I have received follow up calls checking on our service, asking if there are any issues. These are not sales calls which.For a local company, they have great service including follow up which is important to me. Too many times I have purchased an item and after you walk out the door, that is the end of the service or at least the sense of caring about you. That is not the case here. Regardless if you are looking for DISH or Direct, check this group out! We have been very happy with you! Keep up the great work

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! The best customer service I have ever had from a TV, cable or satellite company. Im not one to give reviews, but these guys deserve it. I have been that pain in the butt customer, with all kinds of problems, and these guys have taken care of me. From the office staff to the techs. I just want to say thanks..... Its good to know customer service is still alive.

I have had the absolute best experience with Alpha. Audra has taken care of me the last 2 years. Anytime I have had even the dumbest of questions she answered them with no hesitation or anything less than amazing customer service. The guys who have installed my cable were very friendly and respectful of my home. They truly go out of their way for their customers.

We got alpha for pest control over a year ago. They were supposed to come every quarter, call first, do the spraying, and get paid. They never once called first despite multiple calls to them. I would find out they had been at my house when 96.00 would come out of my account. I had pets in the yard when they were spraying. So in June I cancelled them by phone and by mail. Then today a guy shows up to spray. And he would have done it if my husband hadnt sent him away. If they take money out of my account I am calling the BBB. Alpha hear me! Dont come back to my house!

The local staff there is awesome!! Their office is a credit to Dish! If not for their local office I would not be using Dish tv plain and simple!

Had the new Hopper 3 installed by Richard. Best tech that Ive seen and knows what he is doing. Could answer all my question and showed us the install process and made sure we were comfortable with it before he started. When done showed us how to run the system and didnt leave until we knew how to use our system.

Alpha Home Systems is awesome! They cut my bill in half and installed for free! I never have signal issues like I did before, and received the best customer service ever!! Id highly recommend them.

Dealing with this company has been nothing but a head ache. I have caught them in several lies. We went with this company because it was a local and a small business, boy was that a mistake on my part.

They are the best! I have DirecTV and pest control services through these guys. Ive only had DirecTV for a few months and Im moving into a new house. DirecTV wanted to charge me $200 to move my service over to my new house. Thats ridiculous!! However, Alpha home systems and their owner have worked me a smoking deal that I cannot pass up. Give them a call they will treat you well.
