I was visiting family for a few days and needed a place to escape and to train. This place is great. Super simple but thats exactly what you need. If your gym has more treadmills and weird machines than youre really not going to get the gains youre looking for. The staff were super friendly. There were two things that are minor that I wished they had. An Ohio power bar and a Texas deadlift bar, and maybe some old school iron plates. Oh and some 2.5 lb plates just so I can hit the exact numbers my program called for. Those are just minor things and definitely not deal breakers. Check this place out. They are awesome.

Very nice equipment, never short a barbell, bench, or weight that I need. The management and staff are extremely friendly and welcoming - even brought me my wallet at work when I accidentally left it there! The atmosphere is relaxed and the pricing is very fair; no contracts or annual “price retention” fees you see at other gyms. Never switching gyms for as long as I’m living in the area.

Working out at The Underground Fit Club just feels right. I love the indoor/outdoor environment. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the equipment is top of the line. There’s also something for everyone, no matter what your personal workout style is. Lastly... I love the fact I didn’t have to come up with an arm and a leg to sign up. NO START UP FEES! This gym is Awesome! I definitely recommend it to everyone!

Great place to workout! It’s nice and secluded and almost always never more than 4 or 5 people there at a time. Highly recommend this place if you like to power lift!

I came in town to visit and had a free 7 days pass, then I came to sign up because I’m in town again for another week and the women at the front desk gave me another week for free it really made my day, I love the atmosphere in this gym it feels like it was taken straight up out of a Rambo movie it really feels underground but at the same time it’s really clean and well maintained thank you!

Excellent atmosphere and great assortment of equipment. Easy process to get signed up with no long-term contracts, or any kind of deception that other companies, like Freedom Fitness, do when you try and become a member. I would recommend Underground to any and everyone.

This gym is a great addition to our small growing town. The equipment is top of the line, shiny and new. Whats most appealing to me is the gym being built, owned, and ran by locals. Its nice to have an original gym in town, im not fond of the sweat shop gyms that are all over the valley. Great owners, great people, and good times at Underground Fit Club.

Fantastic gym with everything you expect from a big chain gym minus the crowds plus the atmosphere of serious lifting (but still friendly to everyone off all ages and skill types). Recommend this place for anyone looking to get a gym membership especially in the Kuna area

Its like a mix between a crossfit box and a big chain gym. They have bumper plates for when I want to hit a WOD but also have the right machines to hit those target muscles. The equipment is top of the line. The owners are friendly and provide a clean facility with great music. I always walk out satisfied. No contracts and fair pricing.

This is a great place to work out! Being locally owned with no contracts, no enrollment fees, new equipment, great staff and an upbeat good atmosphere makes it a no brainer to come here. Grateful this gym has joined the Kuna community!
