Dr. Francis and his staff are literally the best. They treat us all like family. Dr. Francis is so honest and kind and is so great with my little kids. The hygienists are AMAZING and help my kids understand the importance of taking care of their teeth. The office ladies are fun and know us when we come in. My girls love going to the dentist.

Staff are always courteous and knowledgeable. I love coming to get my teeth cleaned!

The front desk staff is the best ever. I am blown away that every time I walk in the door they address me by my name! I feel special and important from the moment I step in. The entire staff does a good job at asking me about my life and getting to know me. They do a great job with my kids too. I am comfortable leaving them in the play room while I get my teeth cleaned. And when its the kids turn they make sure they are taken care of and know what to expect. We always enjoy our visit!

I love the team at Francis Family Dental. I feel fortunate that 16 years ago they came to my daughters school and made such a positive impression that we started taking our children there. My husband and I decided to transfer from our current dentist because of how well they took care of our kids. I have NEVER regretted that decision. Plus their customer service is amazing. They always do their best to accommodate us and get our now grown children in when they are in town.

Our entire family has gone to Dr Francis for 14 years! Everyone that works there is friendly, personable, knowledgeable and caring. They are respectful of your time and therefore I have never had to wait much past my appointment time..that is a huge plus in my opinion. Such a great experience as far as going to the dentist can be :) They worked hard to help me find an appointment in my schedule and were so friendly and accommodating. The office was clean and didn’t have any weird smells. The hygienist was so friendly and kind and my teeth feel amazing after not having been to the dentist in years. When they did xrays, I was given the usual body cover but it also included a neck cover to protect my thyroid, which I appreciated and had never been given. She also checked my neck and jaw for signs of cancer/lumps or bumps, which I had never experienced at the dentist and really appreciated. I was able to stay in the chair for the X-rays as she used an X-ray gun! So cool!! The dentist was also kind and gave me great information I hadn’t had before about a tooth I was concerned about. All in all a great experience and I’ll definitely go back and tell my friends about them!

My Wife and I love Dr. Francis. Always a professional environment. He and his staff are very thorough. They take their time cleaning and checking your teeth. They dont just check your teeth, they also check your facial and neck area to make sure there isnt anything unusual. They use the latest equipment when doing X-rays. Weve been coming to Francis Family Dental for the last 3-4 years. We live in Meridian but come to Dr Francis in Kuna because hes an honest dentist. Our last dentist (in Meridian) told us we both needed root canals and crowns. When we had Dr. Francis check us he said we didnt need anything. If you want an honest dentist go to Francis Family Dental.

I had to have my remaining 14 teeth removed and get denture implants. Paid $5,500 up front. Dr. Francis removed the teeth and said to put in my new temporary dentures. He never said to put them in for only 1 day to keep the swelling and bleeding down. The next day the Dr. called to see if I was ok. I was. He never said I could take them out now. That was Thursday. He didnt tell me they were closed for the next 3 days. So, I kept the dentures in for a total of 5 days. The pain was excruciating. When I called the office, I only got a voice mail that gave me the Drs home #. I called 5 times. The last time was almost in tears with the pain. I begged for him to call me back. I said I cant take it any more, I have to remove them. I did and it was a bloody mess. My gums were like hamburger. I also told him on the phone that he needs a back up Dr. if he cant get to me. Also, he didnt give me enough medication to get me through the 5 days. When I got to the Drs office Monday morning, I repeated everything and he never said 1 word. Only to say open up and lets see. Not one sorry, how are you now, what can I do to ease your pain. NOTHING. Then he said I can come in as many times as I need for adjustments, he didnt mention that he was going to charge me for each visit. I received a bill in the mail and promptly said I am not paying it. They then dropped the charge. As bone fragments work their way out, I had to go in to him to have them removed. I requested a pain shot to numb the area. He never answered and proceeded to remove them and use a bone file for any solid bone. I was almost screaming. He never said one word. The next time, I demanded it and he said it will cost me $25 each time. I got the shot. The dentures were very loose and kept wobbling. He said that was normal and that I should get used to it. Very rude man who wont speak to his patients. The staff however was exceptional. Very nice and caring. I miss them. I fired the Dr. and went elsewhere. The new Dr. said Oh my gosh, these dont even fit. He fixed them and I am now chewing lightly. This new Dr. knows what he is doing where as Dr. Francis obviously doesnt and couldnt possibly care less for his patients. By the way, Im saving $2,200 at the new Dr. Run while you still can!

I enjoy coming to the office and the staff is amazing at their jobs. I would recommend this facility to anyone who would need a dentist. Thank you all again, Michelle

This is and was the best experience ive had at a dentist. Eberyone is very respectful, and they actually break things down and explain whats going on and whats can happen. Very much recommend them.

Dr. Francis is the apotheosis of professional integrity and dental frontiersman. He is the Doc Holiday of modern dentistry--less the terberculosis but ever the sharp shooter, especially when he is armed with Novocain and needle! The staff are friendly--too friendly in so much as they make you feel exceptionally comfortable with getting prone on a chair and opening your mouth and sticking finger in there! All without laughing gas! :) I have gone in there for a root canal, and I come out feeling like I have had a full body spa care! They are just good people! As good as people of do dental work can be! They are completely the antithesis of stress and anxiety of irrational ideaologies of going into see a dentist and make my ordinary life feel like root canal, without laughing gas and filling like something something is missing! So yes, I feel like I am more of a complete person with there service and professionalism. True story ! A. Meyer, Loyal patient!

Dr Francis has done great work on my daughter... From pulling her wisdom teeth to fillings - he has been there when we needed him and done a wonderful job!

Do not let Dr Fancis do your orthodontics, he doesnt know what he is doing and will waste your time and money! He lied to me, was rude, and I had to leave and go to another orthodontist who knew what they were doing and pay all over again. Towards the end of my time Francis wouldnt even say a word to me when I would have an appt, he would just come in do his thing and go out. I had an overbite and mutlitple times asked him if he was going to correct this and he said yes, all he did was straigten my teeth and than started acting like I was almost done. When I asked him what about my bite he said something to the affect of oh well we would have to do this this and this to fix that, he had no plans of doing any of it. I had some bleeding in my gums in the back and had asked Francis about it and they didnt find anything, when I went to my new ortho they found a spacer that had been left in there for over a year and got infected!!

Great staff. Prompt. Great with kids.
