Robin went above and beyond in helping me get an appointment as soon as possible. She was kind and courteous and went out of her way to find a technician who came to the house on his lunch break to help! Matt too was wonderful to work with and did a lengthy and meticulous inspection. I can not say enough about this service. The price was comparable to all other services. Customer service there is unbelievable in this day!

So far my experience with them has been good. Our first treatment is coming up next Friday. To me they seem very honest & trustworthy & they have kept their word this far. I would recommend them to anyone that is having a problem with bugs spiders anything termites bed bugs roaches. Anyone thinking about hiring them should go in & talk to them they are good at their job and have a lot of wisdom and knowledge. Hopefully I can do an update review after weve been with him for two or three months.In this day and time it is so hard to find a business that you can trust to take care of your needs and what they say they do they do. I am sure glad we found Arab.

My initial consultation was great. Scott was very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Horrible experience. Avoid at all costs. Scott was very rude, and was a complete smart aleck. After their 4th visit to our house with zero success Scotts solution to our ant problem was you go your way, and we will go ours. He was so rude and stand offish I had to kick him from our home. Before this particular visit my wife and I were told by the front desk they wanted to make things right and make us happy so they would be sending Scott out. When I told him this he laughed sarcastically and said ha so that is what they said huh? and shook his head in annoyance. I immediately called the Kokomo office and they said they would refund our money. I called them back a week later still with no refund and they told me that Scott came in that day and trumped the offices decision to refund our money, and we would not be seeing anything back. They sprayed a residual their 2nd visit and within a week the ants were back. Every additional visit to our home they did the same failing tactic over and over with zero success. $175 down the toilet, 4 visits, and we still have ants.

I used them for bee hive treatment. The tech explained everything to me and gave me all the warnings. Thank you.
