Not really impressed with the clutter everywhere, very disorganized, the lady that helped us was polite but the gentle older guy was very snappy when asked about an estimate to fix my laptop he said not right we will call them back, 3 days later still no quote on fixing my laptop. Not recommended at all if you want fast, friendly and professional service. I suggest Geek squad the cost is worth the work. Smh wont be back and I need my computer now.

My laptop wasnt holding a charge and I work online so this is a major issue. I, unfortunately, bought this computer from BEST BUY. When I took it there to get it checked out, they quoted me about $250, they werent even sure it if would get fixed, AND I would have had to send it away for over two weeks.My dad told me about Taylored PCs and thank god he did! I took it to Josh, he was able to replace my bad battery in less than a week for barely $100!That is 150 DOLLAR Difference!!!!Dont take your electronics to BEST BUY!!! Those kids take a one month course and dont even fix your devices in person!!!I LOVE TAYLORED PCS. I will only take my devices there from now on!

Although the joint was a mess (such is often the case when a genius is at work), the man behind the counter knew his stuff like a pro - cleaning up my new hard drive while expertly swapping the files from my old device on to the new one without incident. I didnt even know my own passwords but he got in anyway and saved the day. He even gave me a friendly discount that I didnt expect. Screw Geek Squad. Those dorks overcharged me and couldnt do half the stuff he could do, telling me that I should just sell them my PC for a ridiculously low amount. Glad I listened to my instincts on that one and came here instead.

Amazing customer service. I needed a new desktop for home office use, that could allow the use of 4 monitors. Best Buy presented me with a $1,100 solution, after I had to convince them that an off the shelf unit would not work unless it had an upgraded graphics card or a second card. Talked to William at Taylored PCs and he had me an awesome solution for just over $400!, He set it up with 4 monitors in his shop before he called me for pick up. When I picked it up I walked out and forgot the power cord. William put it in the mail for me, keeping me from having to make the 1 hr round trip drive. Try these folks before going to an expensive big box retailer, they will take good care of you with genuine customer service and a practical solution so you do not pay for things you will never need or use on a PC.

Absolutely AMAZING! We were having an issue with our internet and phones at work and I had been on the phone for 3 hours trying to find a solution. Finally I gave up and called Taylored PCs and they were here within 30 minutes and fixed our problem in seriously less than 5 minutes. It was such a simple fix I almost feel embarrassed, but they were amazing and soooo helpful! They went above and beyond and let us know our operating system would no longer work after January of 2020. Highly recommend them and will be using them in the future!
