This is the cleanest laundromat Ive ever visited, and as Ive only used their machines twice before without issue, this time was an expensive disappointment. I was here to launder a comforter. Its $7 for the appropriate size machine. I brought my own detergent and had pre-treated the stains. After the cycle finished, the comforter came out just as dirty as it was going in. So I was forced to spend another $7 in addition to purchasing a dollar a box for 2 detergents and a bleach. I also changed to a different machine. My comforter came out clean this time, but money lost and time I cant get back...

Not sure what to say, do my clothes there every week. This week my clothes came out of dryer with a oil residue on them. Called the number to let them know and was greeted with hostility and was said it is my fault. I have used them for years but I wont go back after being treated like that. All of my 4 an 5 year olds new Christmas clothes are stained and oily. For being locally owned they dont seem to care about anything but their money. Their workers that clean are rude to anyone they feel needs it.

Cheapest place in town for small loads of washing

I find the one I visit the Carneys laundromat that it is clean and my clothes are efficiently cleaned as well. Laundromat offers many different machines to wash and dry clothing which are clean as well. It is reasonably priced to use their machines. I also find that the parking is quite efficient.

Since Ive moved to this town this place is by far one of the best laundromats in town.. Always clean. No leaks or broken down machines.. Has Wifi that actually works.. 3 different TVs with 3 different stations playing. A place to sit and charge your phone and even the restrooms are spotless. The the staff is very friend. The man who kepts the place spotless has a wonderful personality. I love this place. 5 stars... Memphis

Its a very clean laundry mat its just the prices of the washers the big ones wow depending on how soiled your clothes are lol and 3 minutes for$.25 on the dryers is crazy

This is the ONLY place to go in town!!

Every time I want to give it another chance it is worse. This time it seems like blood on the machine where you put money in and spots in bathroom. The floors etc are unclean. The last time I, a long with all other customers, was hounded to leave a good review and like on facebook the entire time doing laundry making it very awkwardly uncomfortable. There are always machines sitting with done clothes but no one moving them so others cant use the machine. Some sit in their cars with doors open and music on or play inside. I think it is time for me to find another option. Another place might not be as new but just because it is new doesnt mean it is worth the money.

I went to do my laundry like i always do on sat February 17th in the morning.i was the first one in there washing mu clothes and a bus full out disrespectful people came in with black trash bags full of laundry.i had three big washer washing and they put thier dirty clothes in front of my washer and i couldnt get to my washer of clothes without them standing in front of me and they wouldnt even move out of the way.and they was putting dirty clothes into the dryer thinking that they was washer.and the put the trash bags of dirty clothes on top of the clean tables that are used for folding clothes on.i was push out of the laundry mat.i am a loyal customer and this experience making me think not to even go back.because i felt like everyone i told about this didnt care of my issue.i truly think if u have 30 bags of trash bags of clothes to wash and there is about 30 people come in all at once.stressing me out.i am very upset because i had to drive across town to the other one on southside of town just to dry because all of them pushing me and another lady out because she left to .to go dry her clothes somewhere else to.unhappy customer brett..p .s.i never had any problem until today..this is very unacceptable and i am thinking was much not to return.this had made me very stressful today.February 17,2018 They was rude putting their dirty clothes bags in front of my washer and stand around in front on the washer where i had to struggle to get to my washer.plus there was another lady there who was upset to she took her clothes to another place to dry to.the foreign students was putting their dirty laundry in the clean dryer and putting dirty bags of clothes on the clean tables that people fold their clean clothes on.that was very nasty to put dirty clothes in clean dryers.u said they was most pleasant they wasnt the was rude and stress out me and others in the laundry mat.i know that other lady was upset also.u wasnt there i was i know how disrespectful they was.i feel u guys are defending there actions.thats ok because u have lost a loyal customer and the others one who was there u lost also i bet.one more thing the chaperone told one student to double up on the washers to save money.i over heard her saying that.plus u should have them schedule a time just for them.because thats to many people at one time standing around.noisey.and all those big trash bags all over the floor in front of others patrons.this was just unacceptable.feb 20. 2018.
