Is it true the court documents i saw? Is it true that Jr Merrit and Chad Merrit of Merrits was sued for $77,000.00 out of cass county by a company and the jury actually awarded the plaintiff $200,000.00 . I guess that’s just Karma catching up to them. Is it also true that Chad Demolished the wrong house on a demo project....... boy that’s gonna cost ya also.
