Working with Mark and Sam of Blue Skies Auction was the best decision I made after selling our commercial building. With only 3 weeks until closing they came in and handled a warehouse full of construction equipment, preparing it all for an on-site auction, hosting the auction and completely cleaning the office and warehouse within that time frame. I was amazed. When I went to the office and warehouse the evening after the auction it seemed as if someone snapped their fingers and everything had disappeared. In unbelief I checked the dumpster and it was still empty.They and their team were so helpful, kind and friendly. They made the whole process seamless.I highly recommend them and would use them again should the need arise.I only have highest praise for Blue Skies Auction.

Mark and his team are fantastic. After my father passed away, I asked for their help in doing an auction. My dad had a lot of stuff and it would be in possible for me to go through everything since I live in another state. They inventoried all of his items and the auction was very successful. Mark and Sam are fantastic. Not knowing how much space we have for this review, well try to be brief. One of our elderly parents passed away suddenly and the other could not live alone in their home of many decades. Overnight we children faced what seemed to be an overwhelming task of selling the home and all our folks possessions. We found Mark and Sam and from the moment they came by to see our parents place we couldnt believe our good fortune. They will do everything from A to Z in this process. First, they provided our family as much time as we needed to remove everything from the home that any of us desired to keep. Then Sam and Mark spent days cleaning, inventorying all the possessions (which includes photographing and creating an electronic inventory) and even performed some minor repairs to the home. Now that the auction is over they will empty the house by taking the unsold possessions to the charity of our choice. Very little if any of our folks possessions will go to the landfill. We felt the auction brought in too little money to justify all the effort Sam and Mark put in on this project if we stuck to their contracted comission. We tried to increase their percent of the auction proceeds. They refused to accept more than the percent they originally proposed to us! The fact they refused money we wanted to pay them for their outstanding services speaks volumes about them, their values and their admirable business ethics. The house is now listed and of course we hope it sells quickly and favorably. If we could give these two a higher than five star rating we would. They work hard, explain things thoroughly, are fun, and obviously exhibit the highest of business ethics. We could not be happier that we found Mark and Sam and we recommend their services without reservation.
