I had a rock in my roter and it was making the worst sound. I called and thankfully they had a no show as I was able to bring the car right over. When they looked at the roters they couldnt find the rock, so there was no charge. I figure it fell out when they were taking it apart, but they test drove the car and double checked everything. Very friendly on the phone and in person.

They kept calling back with story after story. First they would call and say it would be done thw next day... Then the guy wasnt there so he couldmt do it that day. That it would be the day after that. So the next day we call and they say that yes we can pick it up but they still have to do some more work on it. They are closed over the weekend so after talking it through with my boyfriend we called and decided to pick it up and return it for them to finish the other work oncethe part got in the following week. When we called again they said they cant give it to us because they havent put the truck back together yet. Even thought just an hour before they said we could take it. That was a friday... So now we have to wait all the way til monday to pick it up... I wonder what excise they will have then...

Update:Got car serviced quick and professionally.New signs stating Saterday hours posted.Came for an oil change on a Saturday morning and the shop was closed.
