Alaska airlines is a great airlines but disappointing that they didnt send a flight earlier in the day when the fog moved away. Otherwise awesome flight and crew.

Bags marked fragile in numerous places I watched it get dropped and then thrown about six feet to the belt and dont call it a socially distanced flight when every seat is full

Very helpful I had an expired ID and they helped me fly still just had added screening took no extra time

While I am pleased with customer service at Alaska Airlines both local and when I have had to call the 800 number I am thoroughly discouraged with the flow and layout of our Kodiak terminal. The terminal is smaller and arriving passengers must cut thru passengers waiting to get ticketed or checked in pre flight to retrieve baggage. Stressful for all. I dont see how this was at all an improvement!Come on Alaska Airlines.

The terminal here in Kodiak almost makes you feel terminal.
