With the craziness that Covid is, it was nearly impossible for me to find a plumber who could repair a broken sewer line in my front yard. I was recommended Kidds Plumbing from a few real estate investor friends in Knoxville and I am so glad I reached out to Ron. Christian his nephew was incredibly responsive and answered all my questions for me about the process. They even called KUB and got my lines marked immediately so they could start digging. I couldnt be home for the process but was updated throughout the day with photos and calls. The price for the job was very reasonable and I couldnt be happier. Ron even came back out when I was home to show me what they did and explained everything. Would use these guys again and again. Wonderful business.

Scheduled appointment for 8:30am. By 9:45 I left to go to work since plumber wouldnt answer phone. I called a competitor and they came on out. Will not call Kidds again.
