Wish I could give zero stars. If you actually want your trash picked up I suggest going through someone else, or just taking it to the trash center off lovell! Customer service is horrible and Im still on hold after over 2 hours!! Dont waste your money here!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ended up giving over $100 to these crooks. Never once picked up my trash. Never once drove down my road. I placed my trash by the curb and that’s where it sat from Feb until September. They then sent a bill to collections. When I contacted them to resolve the issue, they literally told me there is nothing they could do. They even had the audacity to say if I ever wanted their service again, feel free to contact them. Service? WHAT SERVICE?! Horrible horrible company

Trash was never picked up. My wife has talked to customer service daily to only be lied to! We are being told we are on the schedule to be picked up and no one ever shows up! She even called 10 min before customer service closed and was told they were in route to our house and the trash is still out front. Do not pay for this service!

Going on day 3 of my trash not being picked up! It was supposed to be picked up on Monday here it is Wednesday and still nothing! I have called and emailed customer service two times and keep getting told Im on the schedule for today and my trash is still sitting at the curb! Im having to clean up trash all over the road every morning due to animals getting into it! Why am I spending $16 a month to not have my trash picked up!

Experienced great customer service in the last 30 days with two people at WC -- shout out to Leighann Smiley, who did a great job on getting our companys waste renewal contract done....and to Kristi Williams, who assisted with my personal HOA rate. Thanks!!

Avoid this company at all costs. Not only do they miss pick-ups, you absolutely cannot get in touch with anyone at the office. Even if you leave a message, you will not receive a call back. After finally getting to a regional manager, he agreed to close the account... 2 months later, account not closed, bins still in my driveway, and I am using a new service. Its as hard to close the account as it is to get service.

Signed up for new service thru Waste Connections a little over 2 years ago and service has been excellent! I noticed I always have the same driver and he is always friendly and courteous. These days its hard to find company with customer service this good!

The BEST service in town.. My driver is super safe and always drives cautiously/slow through my neighborhood (lots of kids in the area). Hes there every Wednesday morning at almost the same time and has never missed a pick-up.

Great at waking up people at 2:00 am. When agreed to pickup times after 7:00 am.

We dont normally post reviews but are very frustrated with our trash pickup of late. Our trash pickup has been skipped twice in the past two weeks. Trash pickup is on Thursday. Started calling Friday morning & told trash would be picked up within 24 hrs. Had to call again Sat morning, got recording, left message, no call back, no trash pickup. It was Tues before our trash was picked up. Skipped again this Thursday. Called 8:15am Friday, promised pickup within 24 hours. No pickup. Called Sat morning, got recording, left message, no call back, no pickup. Extremely frustrating!!! Customer service is not good.

Closed the doors on the company without a notice.

They took the top of the trash out of the trashcan and left the bottom half full of garbage. This has happened to me two weeks in a row so now I have three week old trash sitting around that I have to take off myself because of laziness. I pay tax dollars for this service and this is where my money is going?!?!?
